One star because I can't give zero. Paid $80.74 to overnight time-critical docs for 9:30 AM delivery this morning to my accountant. Tracking since 9:59 PM last night to now (12:27 PM the next day) only says “Sorry,” with no indication where the parcel is or when or if it will deliver. Next time I’ll drive it there myself. I have always appreciated UPS; this is a surprising, total fail. Update, 50 hours after dropping off docs: still hasn't delivered. I went to ask for a refund at 3:30-- they close at 4 on Sundays, or are supposed to-- and the store was closed. Figures.

Rude guy in an Outkast T-Shirt. First thing he says when I walk in is, "Eventually y'all will let us catch a break." No, "How can I help you." Or anything remotely cordial. Literally all I had to do was drop off a package. If you hate your job that's not my problem, find a new one but don't be rude to your customers.

I was a little hesitant to come to this location because of the reviews, but my experience was quick and pleasant. I was only picking up a package, but the lovely young lady helping me couldn’t have been nicer. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes.

Unbelievably inefficient. I know my box is there. It seems nobody who works there can change delivery time or delivery address. Gave me a "800 customer service number," except that went to a car dealership. I've tried logging into the website but its always down. Idk how this place stays in business it's so ridiculous.

Poor service by unfriendly, immature staff working here.I once dropped off a package which was something being returned to a retailer and it arrived back at my house a few days later. The didn't cover the original label I guess.Today I went in to send an item, also being returned to a retailer, and requested to forward my emailed shipping label for them to print for me. The girl at the counter, without making eye contact, rudely spouted off all their individual charges for the piece of paper she'd be using to print the label for me and tape to seal the package.This location is right next to the gym I go to a couple times a week but I'll go out of my way to a different location from now on. The other location I've used on 242 does not charge me to print an emailed shipping label and they're some of the friendiest people I've encountered in the service industry.

I absolutely love this UPS store in the woodlands and the staff is always helpful , especially if you have a business they always make sure my packages reach their destinations with no problems!

Both employees were Wonderful. Diamond went beyond to help me ship fragile item. She was professional,patient and courteous . Even with the Christmas rush both employees were courteous to the customers, Seems that all the customers in the stores were pleased with their service.

Horrible customer service and my order was not delivered to my home twice. I paid over 599 dollars for the purchases. one was delivered to my neighbor the other to the office in my complex 5 blocks away. I've been him waiting for my packag only to see she passed my home to deliver it elsewhere, I'm no longer dealing with Amazon because of this and requesting a refund because of this lazy driver in The Woodlands who cannot do her job.
