Maria and all staff at this store were nothing short of amazing. I came in with a bunch of packages, Maria helped me with everything without hesitation and with care. So thankful for this store!

we were having trouble with making the label and the worker named Maria was not very helpful.”we have 4 minutes until we close”.which I did not think was very nice,in my opinion she could’ve helped us instead of rushing us.

The air conditioning in this office is not working. When I came to return the package, one young lady was very rude to me and did not want to do her job at all: she was constantly distracted and dragging some boxes instead of finishing solving a simple issue with me.

Please update your store hours on Google! It says you’re open Sunday until 3pm, so I drove over and you’re in fact closed.

Worst service ever. Location is a poor excuse for a business. I've reported to Amazon several times they won't take my packages. They should be removed from any and all partnerships.

Absolutely the worst service I have ever received and the reason we will never be using UPS again. Attempted to send a time sensitive package to a family member using a UPS envelope that was previously delivered to our house. The UPS worker, Kameron, assured me I could reuse this package and she would cover up the old shipping label. The next day the package arrive BACK at our doorstep with the new shipping label on one side and what looked like dry erase marker that had attempted to cross out the old label (clearly that didn’t work as it was returned to us). My husband returned to the UPS store that evening needing to overnight the package (costing $161) due to the UPS worker’s error. He returned the next day to talk to the manager, Luke, who refused to take responsibility for his employees error. The worst customer service. I thought USPS was bad but this was horrendous.

This is the 2nd time I have came here and this location is supposed to be open and it is not. It says online they open at 8am and I arrived @8:26. I like this location but it would be helpful if they are not going to be open on time that they update it online so customers do not stop before going to work or their next destination!

The notary hours are different than the store hours but not unreasonable. On weekdays the notary is there until 4pm. The notary is available on Saturdays also until about 3:00 p.m. Call before you go if you’re looking for a notary to make sure you get there while the notary is there. It’s a pretty nice, clean store and the people are very helpful.

I've been a customer at this location ever since I moved to the area, 5 years ago.
Always greeted by a friendly smile and I've never had to wait to be helped.
Mailing, Amazon returns, printing, copying, notarizing - these guys do it all and I've done it all here!
Thanks again for all your excellent service over the years ??
Oh, and my kids always love the lollipops ?

This ups store is a lot more helpful then the one on sawdust near big lots store.
Totally recommend.
