Unparalleled customer service is what I've always experienced at this location for the past several years. Fabrizio and the team raise the bar for customer care even higher! 2 weeks ago, on March 21st, Fabrizio helped my girlfriend and I copy ~500 pages of old school notes/handouts which I had stapled into packets of 10-20 pages back when I was a student. Fabrizio is the consumate professional, helping us with courtesy, efficiency, and patience. He formed an assembly line with us removing the rusty old staples, copying each handout, dealing with paper jams, then re-stapling each packet. Obviously, it could have turned into a nightmarish task, but he made it simple and painless. I want to thank Fabrizio and the team for taking such great care of us.

Once more Fabrizio looked after us today at the store. Very professional, respectful and efficient. We have closer stores to our house but we always drive further to come here to scan, etc. Excellent Service and staff, and Fabrizio a A1 STAR. Very thankful

I sent my packages to this location while I was on vacation. I received two of them with no issues, but for the third package, I was charged a $5 pickup fee and was given someone else’s package instead. I had to go back to the store, return the incorrect package, and try to get my correct one—only to be told it wasn’t there and had been sent to another location.
This is extremely frustrating because I specifically chose this store for convenience. Now I have to wait 20 minutes in line at another UPS store to get my package. This entire process has been a huge mess. Honestly, I should have just had everything sent to my house and told the delivery driver to throw the packages over the fence—I would’ve been better off.

Had a great experience with Keith regarding a very specific print I was needing. He went beyond expectations to make sure I was able to get what I was looking for. He has one of the biggest varieties printable for all your printing needs. He personally helped me with a very unique product I did for my wedding by creating keepsake newspapers.

I would say that at times I would agree with the 5 star reviews but other times like today I would score much lower. It all comes down to staff and answering the phone. There are times feel like a it's a training ground for high school students. Today I've called multiple times without answer.

This location by far has the best customer service for your printing and shipping needs. If I moved I would drive out of my way to still use them. If you need shipping or printing I highly recommend them, I’ve been a loyal client for years and they have always been great.

FOR SEVERAL YEARS I HAVE BEEN A REGULAR CUSTOMER AT THE UPS STORE NEAR NEW HARMONY. NORMALY I HAVE HAD A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE. EXCEPT YESTERDAY AND TODAY I HAD TO DEAL WITH THIS BLONDE GUY JACKSON. HE WAS RUDE ON BOTH DAYS. HE WAS SERIOUS AND DRY WITHOUT A GLIMMER OF SMILE BOTH DAYS. YESTERDAY WHEN I COMPLAINED ABOUT HIS SERVICE, ANOTHER ATTENDANT HELPED ME OUT. IT WAS OBVIOUS THAT JACKSON DID NOT WANT TO PROVIDE ME THE SERVICE. I ASKED FOR THE OWNER. HE SAID HE WAS ON VACATIONS. THE OTHER ATTENDANT WAS DEALING WITH ANOTHER CUSTOMER. I TOLD JACKSON THAT I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE PROVIDED BY HIM. HE DID NOT CARE.IT WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE TO DEAL WITH JACKSON. I WILL BE LOOKING FOR ANOTHER LOCATION FROM NOW ON.THank you. Very relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Highly trained very professional and polite attendants.
