“I have been searching for the “Berg” ecig juice for ages. I’ve stopped by tons of shops in Houston and spring to no avail. Finally I found Smoke Shack on Louetta, it has a bit of a run down appearance from the outside, I was skeptical they would carry the juice, but I was on a mission to find it lol.Entering I found a clean well organized vape shop, and was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by a super helpful employee, Dustin. I explained that I’ve been hunting for this echo juice for ages, he told me he could order it for me! I asked him to get me 6 bottles, and sure enough he texted me a week later telling me he got it in stock for me! Truly awesome customer service! I won’t go anywhere else for my ecig supplies again! Dustin is the man, thanks again!”

Mattie & Delaney were very helpful and always have that same attitude. I’d preferred to drive a few miles up the road to purchase from this store than some others, especially over Legends High End near the Grand Parkway. They offer suggestions, they greet each customer and are always willing to help and share their personal preferences and recommendations. I’ve went here, more than a few times, over the past year and it’s never any issues. I’d definitely recommend this store.”

“The most honest store owner, and honestly best prices you can find around at a smoke shop. Genuine vapes, prerolls, CBD products. No funny business here. Don’t waste your money at a gas station, because those products are at least $5-10 more expensive and not always a genuine product. Even other vape shops are charging more with 1/4 of the selection. Right between King Fuels gas station & church’s chicken. Y’all go visit. The owner gives away stock of good items to clear space to bring in new stuff every single day. They also offer way more than just a typical smoke shop. Cell phone, laptop, IPAD repair, etc. just check it out!”
