The reps find every reason not to help you unless you’re over there to spend money on a phone through them. I came in for a pick up order and they literally just sat there looking at each other on who’s gonna help me and there was like five reps, just standing at the door. Found out I could’ve verified my identity with one of the reps, but instead all he did was give me a phone number and basically I had to figure it out from there. Don’t go to this store unless you’re there to spend money cause that’s the only time they’re willing to help you out with anything you need to do.

If I could give 0 I would. Kind of rude and would rather repeatedly say; “If there were any other options they would be offered.” Instead of actually listening to the fact they are looking in the wrong direction coming from someone that has been on both sides of the table. But hey what do I know I’m just one person. 🙄🤷🏽♀️

Don't recommend you to go there if you want a new phone go to this verizon located in lake woodlands! Lake woodlands is where they provide the perfect customer service and everyone is polite.. Thankyou Garret!

Had an amazing experience today. Yes it was long but the worker moved as fast as he could. He was straight to the point and very professional. I didn’t feel like someone was constantly trying to upsell me or make me feel bad at my decision. Cedric did an amazing job and made upgrading a great experience (I avoid upgrading because it’s usually awful).

I wanted to give a big thank you to Verizon Woodlands and their employee Alder. I live out of state and helped my parents get phones upgraded online through Verizon and used the option to have them deliver to store and get help from staff. I was nervous they would have some glitches, but they were in good hands with Alder. He was awesome and super patient and got my parents phones and watches transferred and set up and that means a lot! Greatly appreciated.

I wish I can give this store zero stars. Poor customer service and not helping at all. From the manager who says he is transparent and there’s nothing to do for dropping calls and no internet connection to their dysfunctional customer service, it’s a nightmare. I have to call their customer service almost daily for hours to complain about no service and hope for anyone to help. I wish we never switched from T-mobile. Unfortunately, we are stuck with them for 3 years. I am looking into reporting them to BBB

It has been impossible to request a transfer pin. Support asks me to go to the store. The store asks me to talk to support. Noone can verify me. Literally have spent well over 12 hrs and it seems Noone wants to help or doesn't know how to. Apparently they have no idea how many times I have called in. After numerous attempts and being on the phone we'll over 50 minutes each time, magically the phone disconnects and I am back at square one. At this time, it is a plea for help. Verizon customer support blows more than an HVAC unit. Blows more than a corner girl on the Las Vegas strip.

Cannot say enough good things about Ben!! Stopped in around the end of December or early January to ask about upgrading a phone. Even mentioned that we planned to visit BestBuy also because they were having a good sale. Ended up waiting for the S25 to be available for preorder through Verizon instead of purchasing a different phone that day. We also mentioned an issue we were having with sending back the home Internet router we no longer needed (we were getting the run around with the customer support through Verizon's app and couldn't get a return shipping label) and he was able to get it sorted and send us off with the return label we needed! Combined with the delightful conversation we had with Ben, that solidified that even though we could have taken care of the order easily through the app, we wanted to go out of our way to go back to Ben when it was time to take care of the preorder, so that's what we did!
Here it is, mid April, and we're adding another line to our account. My first thought was to reach out to Ben and I'm so glad I did!! He remembered me and was waiting for me when I walked in the store. We could have handled this order online also but I'm so glad we went in store. And not just because we needed a little help later in the day (we had a slight issue porting a phone number that was easily resolved) and Ben went out of his way to help us when he absolutely didn't have to. Very much appreciated!!
It is a rare occurrence to find customer service like what Ben provides. He will help you get what you want and need, with no pressure. It is very obvious that he truly cares about his customers. His smile and laughter is infectious and the rest of your day will be so much brighter after visiting with him!!
Ben, my friend, you deserve all the wonderful things in life. May God bless you ☺️

Ben was very helpful with my phone transfer. Verizon is absolutely stuck in the past with how phone transfers must be done if you're upgrading, even samsung to samsung. You must use their app and basically do black magic for it to still not work. For example it said transfer complete, removed my Sim from my old phone, and didn't transfer it to the new one so I was without service entirely. My experience with tmobile & metropcs was simply to put the phones next to eachother ( and it would work). Ben was able to do the transfer for me in store, he was very understanding of the errors I had experienced.

Ben is fabulous! I went into this store hoping that they might be able to help me with the problems I have been having with my phone! I explained the problems to Ben and he was so helpful he not only got me a new phone but he sat and explained things and helped me set up my new phone! We had a great conversation while waiting for the phones to transfer! Thanks to Ben I have faith and trust in Verizon again!! Thanks Ben your the greatest!!

Horrible customer service. We had Verizon for YEARS. 10 phone lines and multiple other devices. AT%T drastically lowered our bill. Over 50% lower with more service options. Verizon customer service in the store told me and an in store rep I needed to return the internet/wifi box back to the store. The management refused to accept it and said he would throw it away so I would get charged. I started a recording on my phone. He told me I had to leave immediately as despite the fact they have cameras in the store, they do not want you to also record. After he kicked me out, he said he didn't have the box, but I have the video of it in store while I was outside. They have sent my wife a demand letter via email for the box. The manager must have thrown it away. Do not trust this location. The manager is dishonest and unethical.

Garrett was fabulous! He has excellent customer service. He helped to resolve an issue with my hubby’s phone that has been going on for 3-4 weeks now. Thank you for caring enough to go the extra mile with fabulous customer service.👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
