Steven did an absolutely amazing job on my hair. I had not had it cut in over 3 years and it needed it badly. I told him what I was looking for and let him work. I was beyond pleased with how my hair turned out. He recommended products for my hair, which I purchased. I would highly recommend Steven for your next hair appointment.

Fantastic experience! First time coming here and it was memorable. MJ and Vida were amazing. Did a full highlight which can always be intimidating finding a new stylist with bleach and MJ did a great job. She was fast, friendly, and a good conversation. All while wearing heels! Obsessed with her! Vida did a cut, blow dry, and style and you can tell she’s a pro. I love that she recommended my cut I was unsure about and I’m glad I did, because my hair looked so much healthier. Everyone whom I spoke with was friendly and made me feel so welcomed. You have a great team here. Looking forward to returning in a couple weeks.

Update: Spoke with management and they arranged for Rhonda to fix my hair. It still didn’t turn out exactly the color I wanted but that wasn’t Rhonda’s fault. She did get it looking better though. I will definitely use her next time!
Had an appointment a few days ago. Very disappointed with the results of my hair color. Showed a pic of the color I wanted and it’s not even close to that. After my hair dried it’s way too bright. I hate it! I specifically told the colorist I didn’t want bright blonde or yellow hair and that’s exactly what I got.

TLDR: All in all, I won’t be coming back because it felt too sales-ey.
I took my 5 year old daughter to get a haircut. As we headed back I realized they wanted to wash her hair first. She didnt need a wash as I had just washed it and the girl that was taking us back was fine with going straight to the chair. We wait for our hairdresser a few minutes because he had to step out or something. He gets there and asks why my daughter isn’t getting a wash and I explain the above to him and he sounded very displeased and said that it would be SO MUCH work for him to cut it without a wash. I said can’t you just spray it down, he said yeah but it’ll take a long time. I said that’s fine, she doesn’t have much hair anyway (she was very thin fine hair). It took less than a minute to spray her down 😑. He then tells me that she can’t get her bangs cut like I requested because she has a cowlick. I said her hair is parted, that’s not a cowlick but I understand. I gave him the benefit of doubt as I figured he knew what he was talking about. Tell me why I just cut them MYSELF at home exactly as I wanted them, no cowlick in sight and they naturally dried perfectly with no part. The amount of an inconvenienced vibe he was giving off was really annoying. He then proceeded to try and tell me that my daughter needed product in her hair with blow outs (she’s 5 😒) because her hair damaged with chlorine. First of all, he cut off the dead, dry ends, second of all, what 5 year old would blow dry regularly? I asked if clarifying shampoo would do the trick for future chlorine exposure and he said not fully that the products he recommended would work better. (I called BS on that but didn’t tell him as much.) As he said that he went on and on about the products he was using and how they’d be beneficial for her. I politely said she didn’t need them and we moved on. He did trim, layer, and blow dry her hair nicely so I’ll give him that. But the rest made it such a distasteful experience and I will not be coming back.

YALL Jesse (hair stylist level I believe just in case there is another artist with the same name higher up) killed it with my cut like nobody ever has.. ask for him if you want a stylist that will make you feel seen & heard ❤️ especially having wavy/curly hair it’s difficult for me to find somebody who truly understands the assignment! he is a true designer.. I waited about a week to write a review because usually you’re gonna feel good leaving the salon with the way they style it, but I’ve been living in this cut naturally a few days now and wow I still feel like that gorl! highly recommend seeing him & I could keep going on about how fantastic he is! not only is he super talented, but also I felt so comfortable talking to him the whole time & usually I’m super shy.. without a doubt gained me as a forever client :) added a photo from right after the cut, but like I said my hair is still poppin when left natural!

Please read in its entirety - Low rating due to poor management and customer service. Thinking it’s a new manager at the location?? She’s horrible. Service for highlights were great, Jeremy however cannot cut a straight line, had to correct the haircut at home, will never return to this location. There are way too many other choices to settle for this one.
Explanation after managers comment below;
Visible changes charged me the incorrect amount last August for my 3 kids and now almost a year later while making an appointment for my kids wants me to pay a balance I was unaware of… I spoke to the manager as I’ve had my haircut at this location numerous times over the last year and this has never been brought to my attention and she rudely told me my family and I are no longer able to receive services until I pay the balance as if I am some type of person to cheat, not appropriate…
In my defense, this company does not give a break down of services on the bill/receipt. When I checked out paying for 3 haircuts and 2 highlights, I was given a balance, in which I paid. I was unaware of what I was actually being charged for each service. If I knew the cost of each service individually and didn’t see it on the bill, I would have known I was not charged correctly.
Visible changes called me later that day and left a message stating there was an issue with the amount I was charged. I returned the call the next day and no one answered, so I left a message and never received a call back…
Asking for opinions, what should I have done differently? Why was I not charged the correct fee in the first place? Seems to be their issue to fix, not mine.
I’ve had my haircut and highlights within this company for over 30yrs, starting and San Jacinto Mall with Kevin and Leonor and after this situation, the way I was treated so rudely in front of my kids with leadership, the manager’s unwillingness to listen to my thoughts and just wrote me off before listening or assisting to better the situation. Will never return to this location… Please don’t waste your precious time here.
We have since found a new location and are very pleased.

I’ve been going to see Syd for 6 or 7 years. But lately I feel like she didn’t want me as a client any more, but I was in denial. After yesterday I’m not, anymore. I was growing out a bob for 4 months and specifically asked I didn’t want it chopped: just lift up the back and remove the weight. She went straight across, super short and super quick, and its not even, it’s a straight diagonal line in the back. Ugly!!! I look like a chopped acorn. This is the worst haircut I received in a long time. I cried for 6 hours yesterday honestly I just want to die, that’s how bad it is. There’s noting left to style. Idk why would she do that, she wanted to be done with me in 5 minutes. And I’ve always been tipping well.
And no, it was not a miscommunication. Please do not gaslight me. No reason for me to call. Send me a refund and I might remove this when my hair grows out. For many years there was no miscommunication and suddenly there was??

VIDA did me so dirty do not go to her oh my gosh. Ask for her to just blend the curtain bangs I did myself and she grabbed a chunk of my hair from the front to the back of my head and cut it at my nose. Now I didn’t go to cosmetology school but I know damn well that is not how that works. It literally looks like I have a bob and tried to get extensions AND THEN proceeded to charge me $85. Please please please don’t listen to them when they tell you a “director stylist” has experience bc it just means that they’ve been living long enough to do 20,000 haircuts.

My color stylist Mikey was awesome. Many years of having my hair done he is the best. He is not only awesome with hair, but has a personality to top it off. Will definitely be returning 🙂

Bad service, bad hair cut. My daughter had a straight bob, she asked for layers and came out looking the same as she came in. I had to wait 15 minutes after the original time for the appointment.

They’ve lost yet another dedicated family. I take my kiddos here to get their hair cut once a month. We’ve had various stylists, however, my daughter has being seeing Cion a bit more consistently. She is 15 years old. Since we’ve been coming, their hair trims have been between $30 to $40 tops. My daughter likes Cion because she listens to what she wants and talks to her throughout her appointment. Today, was dramatically different.
We got to her appointment early and checked in at the front desk. The gentleman at the front told us to have a seat. After 30 minutes of waiting, I get a call from the front desk receptionist on my cell phone. They got my daughter’s name wrong when they asked for her. I said this is (her) mom. I get a snarky response “Well, I just wanted to know if y’all are ever going to show up for her appointment?” I responded with “I’ve been sitting here on your couch for the past 30 minutes.” One of the hairstylists heard my conversation and backed me up by going to the front desk telling them that we have indeed been sitting “for quite a while.” (Thank you to that hairstylist for backing us up!)
After they finally took my daughter back, she was given a wash as usual and seen by Martha. When she was done, her hair looked nice. When going up to the front desk, Martha had two various sizes of product that would help her breakage. Martha explained that she only cut a little bit - enough to get the split ends off. I walked up to Bree at the front desk. I work in customer service…..SMILE! It doesn’t hurt to smile. You are with a customer for only a few moments…. Your attitude will make or break a service. She tells me $180. My brain couldn’t even put into words why I was being charged so much. I asked how much the product was and she told me $80. She snatched the smaller one and sneered “do you just want the smaller one then?!” She then looked up at me and said $117. Still in shock, I asked her how much for the trim? She said $85. I could not comprehend how a trim was $85. They asked her age and said that because she is over 13 years old, it’s considered an adult cut. I then questioned why they didn’t say this over the phone when making an appointment. We’ve been having a $30+ hair trim and she’s 15….. The lady who made our appointment told us that it wouldn’t be Cion but Martha who is same tier level, so same price. They see this info on the computer in front of them. It’s not hard to read our past experiences and charges.
I gave Bree my card. She charged me, slamming the product in a bag and onto the counter. I asked for a receipt and she stared at me, pointed her finger with an attitude “It’s in the bag!” I look at the receipt that only said the price of what I was charged. “May I have an itemized receipt?” The look she gave me said it all… she did a few things on the computer, printed a receipt, folded it, and rudely pushed it to me. I opened it in front of her. I saw a voided price (????), a $10 back room charge, a charge for the product, and the charge for her trim. I asked what the back room charge was for and was told shampooing her hair… never been charged for that.
After speaking with a manager, he told me that he will honor my daughter’s usual hair trim fee because they didn’t say anything up front, but it’s usually $55. So why did they charge me $85 for a trim????
DO NOT waste your time and money to come here. Bree is a poor choice for a front desk customer service representative. The charges are questionable and her voided amount only made me think they are charging people to line their own pockets.
