Everything was handled quickly and professionally. I was greatly appreciative of the Uber ride to and from home since no one was able to take me or pick me up from the dealership. Also, y'all even brought me my spare key I accidentally left in the vehicle. My vehicle was cleaned and shiny when I picked it up, which was a nice bonus! I always have a great experience with your service team. Thank you!

Had to change my review.I purchased 2 vehicles with this company and 2 things I was lied to about. The first one was in 2019 that I was supposed to have free car washes for life and as soon a the sales lady left I was no longer allowed to us my promotional package for the used car.Fast forward to 2023 only place with decent prices so I bought a Used Ford. Several things were agreed on One was the tires to be replaced which they did some other issue and there was a part in the back of the vehicle that was broken. I was told they were on back order every time I called. Then it was we don't know what you are talking about. They even called recently asking me to buy another vehicle I asked them about the part the sales guy promised he would call me back about the part a week later no call back for that part. Now I asked to file a complaint.... no one can take my complaint. Lost a customer now.

I bought my XT6 at bayway and the service was incredible. Then a year and a half later, my breaks were squealing. Bayway delivered a rental car to my house and picked my car up! And they gave me another XT6 to drive while they figured out what the problem was. The service was impeccable.

I was recently shopping for a new car. I had previously driven BMW/Mercedes, but wanted to do a short term lease until I decided on my next purchase. I saw an ad from Bayway and couldn't pass it up. The ad stated you could lease a 2023 XT4 for $0 down with a payment of $299/month for 36 months + taxes/title/fees. It's been a while, but I've leased several cars over the years. Generally, those fees, taxes, title add up to around $6 to 700. I called about the special to see if it was indeed legit. The person I spoke with said yes, but there were only a few cars that qualified. Again, I asked if it was legit...I didn't have time to waste. He said yes, so I set up a time to visit the showroom. Later that afternoon, I show up and meet the salesman. I reiterate that I'm only interested in the lease special. I showed him a copy of the ad. I told him emphatically that I'm looking for an inexpensive lease. Yes, I know if it seems too good to be true, it probably is, but I had asked and it was confirmed. Soooooo, we go on a test drive. He told me it was only for their loaner cars. I said to him, that's not what was implied in the ad, but nonetheless, we finished the test drive. I told him, I want it...because I couldn't lease a Corolla for that price. We go back to the office and we were told to wait in the lounge. I continued to think to myself...there's no way but...since it's a 2023 lease with only 10k miles, maybe they are wanting to clear these last few vehicles off the lot. The salesman calls us back to his office and tells us that he spoke with the sales manager and that there would be between 7-8 in fees. I'm thinking 7-8 hundred. He told me 7-8 THOUSAND in fees. I told this kid I was ticked because they did the old bait and switch...but the thing that got me most of all is they completely wasted my time. FALSE ADVERTISING!!! First of all, I'm pretty sure it's illegal to do this. Second of all, I will NEVER give this place ANY business of mine. Respect people's time and BE HONEST! Your company is what gives car dealerships a bad name!

My service advisor was Tina. She was great and kept me updated on Daily basis on my truck. My truck was returned to me on time in better condition. Also, the performer of the shop was great and patient and explained everything to me . My truck was cleaned and washed 100% i recommend this dealership.

High quality customer service. I had my oil changed and I had to replace one of my tires. The service took longer than expected and I was able to use their Uber service (at no charge) to make it to my daughters appointment. I really felt taken care of with this. I did not have to worry about anything. Jason did great !

Just had my Escalade V brought in for maintenance and Randall was my advisor and he had the best customer service I've received in a long time! Would definitely recommend him and will definitely bring my vehicle back to him again.

Wow. WOW. What a great car buying experience! If I could give more stars, I would! My Dad and I had been doing our due diligence shopping around for just the right car and I can say that Bayway really set the bar high. We started out at a LARGE local Ford dealer looking at a Bronco but the whole experience was so off putting, not to mention the exorbitant cost of Broncos, that we went on to Cadillac, Bayway being a new dealership for us to visit. The vintage Caddy vehicles on display really caught our eyes along with the special racetrack editions of the CT4-V Blackwings. I’m a car girl, raised by a car guy so I was already feeling in my element. Adam Hering, our sales guy, was very knowledgeable on multiple models of Cadillac. He’s been with Bayway for several years and his experience shows, without being pretentious. NONE of the staff was pretentious, all so warm, friendly and welcoming! Phillip, the manager, is awesome too! There is just a welcoming energy with this whole dealership (sorry, weirdo reiki girl here!)So when we looked at vehicles our first visit, we talked about XT4 Vs XT5, both SUVs & looked at the 2023 Vs 2024 models. We were blown away by the tech in the ‘24 model. We weren’t quite ready to pull the trigger to buy during that visit, without having my car for physical assessment for trade in so we went home to mull over the numbers and do some more online builds of other brand models, just for maximum info across the board. I have to say we kept coming back to the thought DID WE BLOW IT LEAVING WITHOUT A CAR?! So we kept coming back to Bayway at the top of the list across the board: value wise, customer service related, quality of product, so we went back the next weekend to make the deal! We traded in my 2016 Cadillac ATS for a 2024 XT4, stellar black with 20” wheels, panoramic sunroof, curved dash display…I mean, you want it, this model has it! Adam Hering was patient with me and my Dad, showed me the new tech, which was like NASA level compared to my 2016! I LOVE driving the car. It’s ZIPPY. A comfy, glam grocery grabber that makes this car girl happy. As someone who has worked retail and knows how important customer service is, this dealership has others beat. I did screw up and miss their time sensitive survey about the car buying service so I’m taking time to inform publicly how our car buying experience was because I feel that people need to know that this dealership will take care of you through all stages of car ownership. If you are looking for a new Cadillac, Bayway Cadillac of The Woodlands is the place!Sept 18, 2023 Update: being the owner of a brand new year model vehicle does come with some hiccups. My car had some software issues that cropped up plus one of my own doing; we opened the hood and couldn’t shut it! It was these bumper things adjusted too high for it to close but who knew?! The dash went out but came back and threw the check engine light which was a bit concerning. Luckily the pano dash came back first because NO SPEEDOMETER IS NOT COOL! The software stuff was delayed being corrected from CADILLAC & I was without my car or loaner for a week but I could be without because I work with my Dad or from home. So it coulda been worse. Randall in service is pretty awesome. Super knowledgable on more than just CADILLAC.I do think GM and other car brands are going to encounter major issues with the going electric thing because software and electrical issues will be the name of the game from here on out. So larger loaner fleets will be critical. Or, you know, an administration with the understanding that going totally electric for transportation is an INSANE and impractical idea. But, what do I know, I’m just a consumer who uses her brain.Anyway, I digress…car was under warranty, a week without but now it’s back home and I’m happily bonding with my new car again! Sometimes things happen and inconveniences will occur, but you just gotta roll with it. There are worse things in the world. I can count my blessings. We purchased an Escalade ESV from Bayway Cadillac. We worked with Isabel in sales and Audrey in finance. Isabel was very patient working with us in our decision making process. We never felt pressured and she was open to working with us over two weekends to find and price the ideal Escalade. It has been by far the best car buying experience in our 30+ years since our first new car.

The whole experience in owning a car from Bayway Cadillac is exceeding my expectation. Their service is really a concierge experience where you have options from car loaner, car pickup and drop back to home, or free uber service. Everything also gets updated online on the services performed to approving extra services. Their communication is excellent and highly recommended

Had a really bad experience buying a vehicle here. Disappointed with treatment and customer service after buying a $80K from them. Samuel Anderson was the sales person. Very unprofessional treatment since day one and the whole process was filled with mistakes, rudeness and lies. He even stopped answering my calls and text messages when I was demanding answers. Then “manager” Alex Mata got involved and it was the same situation… poor customer service, cero follow ups. No wonder how Samuel is that bad at what he does. Just take your money and business to a better place.

Excellent service! We just stopped by while in the area. I was thinking about getting a new vehicle in the near future, however Austin Fitzgerald and the entire staff at Bayway made the process so easy we decided to go ahead and get a new vehicle now! We absolutely love our new Cadillac!!!! Thank you all again! We will be back!!!!!

Our representative that helped us was very professional and showed care throughout the process. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was done properly and all of our concerns were addressed. It took longer than expected because parts had to be ordered but he consistently kept us updated until delivery. Also, the young gentleman that delivered the car was very professional and courteous. Very great experience all around, from initial scheduling to delivery. Thank you for the great experience!

Randall in the service department was the best. He took the time to explain what was going on with my car and then did all he could to ensure my car was fixed properly, as quickly as possible, and returned freshly washed. He was upfront about what could or couldn't happen and I appreciated his candor. He provided great service for what could have been a very stressful experience.
