The Walgreens on Kuykendahl right at Woodlands Pkwy is great here in The Woodlands! I had to go in for some last minute items for Christmas on Dec 19, 2024. The young gentleman that checked out my purchases, Matthew, was very professional, kind, and helpful. I didn’t know when to enter my membership number and he told me. He put my items in large bags with handles so I could easily carry them in my home just as I asked. I give Matthew and this Walgreens 5 🌟 Great Job! 👏

This place is terrible don’t ever call them they just pick up the phone and tell you hold on and leave u on hold for 30 mins plus they don’t even give you a second to say a word it could be an emergency call for someone working there and they would never know cause they don’t answer the phone in the pharmacy department think I’m playing try calling and watch what happen

Pathetic pharmacy. For Example, no one’s in line they’re standing around and talking and then no rush or concern to talk to a stupid customer. I was looking for a certain vitamin and they weren’t sure if they had it nor would they help me look for it. I can’t believe these guys are in business.

This pharmacy is a mess. Random hours (showed up at 8:50 a.m. today (Tuesday, not a holiday), and they weren’t open. They shut down in the middle of each day for a lunch break. Consistently 20+ minute wait times in car line and inside the store. The staff is friendly but they either don’t have enough folks working or have terrible systems or both. Avoid this Walgreens Pharmacy! The one on Research Forest in Panther Creek is better.

Megan was a terrible pharmacist. I got to the drive through window and wanted to see if my medication was ready, the whole time she was giving me a hard time and turns out that my medicine wasn’t ready so there was no need for that. I went on my application to refill my medication and then called again to see if it went through. Of course Megan picked up and her first thing was I was the person who got you in the drive thru, after that it was difficult to get her to see if my prescription went through as she wasn’t being compliant, and then she ended the call mid conversation.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had with a Walgreens anywhere. Inside and out, the place is trash and for the Location, the address says The Woodlands…… Biggest issue is, can’t get a hold of anybody on the phone for the pharmacy ever, any day or time you try and call no one answers.

Went there getting a few things with a 100 bill. An older white lady don't know what her name was (might have been Dolores, not sure) working at the counter just stares/glares at me like she is annoyed of my presence. Im simply minding my own business. She doesn't even say hello when I'm walking up to pay my stuff. She's very rude hands me back my change without even counting it back to me. I take the change and she said "you should probably count that". Talks to the older gentlemen behind me like I wasn't even there.
