Mike/Michael(older Caucasian male) is very rude and lazy. I’ve heard him respond very disrespectfully to multiple of his female co workers & did not want to leave the back to print out a receipt.

The worst customer service through the pharmacy drive-through. They have a call button and when it rings, they hang up on you. Then when the person came to get my information, she yelled at me, you have to speak up because I can’t hear you. How rude and that is all after waiting way too long to even get assistance

The Walgreens website will have pages on what services they provide, but you call this location and they have NO CLUE what their own company does. It's basically a pill mill and they hate doing anything helpful.

The pharmacy is understaffed and poorly run. There are long lines and delays in filling Rx consistently. Right now I count 11 people waiting and no one is getting their meds. I feel bad for the workers here, they are doing their best but it’s impossible.

Poor poor customer service, racism at its finest im going to continue to rate them poor . Because its 2024 and they still look down on folk , when they are only cashiers with a minimum job !! Nothing wrong with a minimum job but stop with the stereotype!! Smh im going to keep reviewing until they do something about the staff that is there on this day 2/6/25 at 2:00 pm !! Play the camera

The pharmacy will put you on hold for 45 minutes. Then, they will pick up and hang up in your face. I spoke with a nice staff manager who tried to get me in touch with a store manager, but unfortunately a store manager was no where to be found. Eventually I received an automated message “I’m sorry, we’re unable to process your call. Please try again later.” Do not trust this location to successfully transfer your prescriptions to your desired Walgreens location, or answer their phones.

My review is about only the pharmacy. I would give them a better review, but what happened today changed that. All I can say is: be sure to check that all your prescriptions are there before leaving because if they aren't or they give you the wrong ones, they blame the customer. Also, be sure to count every single pill and make sure everything is intact or that will be the customer's fault, too. It's so sad, but the message (implied by the pharmacy) is they blame the customer for not catching their mistake(s). Perhaps the same thing could happen at every pharmacy everywhere.

with the amount of squeaky lost potatoes in the woodlands, i am leaving this 5 star review because almost every single complaint in this review section is a toddler squeak and completely baseless. the woodlands is full of geriatric toddler brained white people who can't see through the trees to see the forest.....

I have never talked to a more incompetent pharmacy in my life. The man I talked to had no idea what he was doing and kept talking about medications and insurance plans that have nothing to do with me. Complete morons working here.

Pharmacy is TERRIBLE. There is a huge lack of communication, prescriptions are always delayed and/or canceled without any notice, employees are rude and not very helpful. I would not recommend using this Walgreens Pharmacy.

Appointments for vaccines are a joke here. I don't know if they are disorganized or what. We completed paperwork online, arrived 10 minutes early, gave them our IDs and insurance info, and 45 minutes later we are still waiting. And the pharmacy is not especially busy with people in line to pick up their prescriptions. Go to another location!
