I like this Walmart. I only shop here in the morning hours because in the afternoon, the weird people who must be just waking up come in to shop. I have seen them shopping here in the afternoon wearing house shoes and pajama bottoms, seriously! ha ha. I couldn't tell you what to expect at night! So, I recommend shopping here in the morning hours. It is peaceful and not crowded. They still seem to have the lowest prices, and appear to be safer out here in Montgomery County than the Houston Walmart. The store is well-stocked and clean. What more can one need when coupled with low prices?

Pretty well stocked today, I was greeted numerous times throughout the store by employees.

The customer service department in the front is great! But the automotive department in the back is not! We came to the store to exchange faulty batteries. When we walked in, a Walmart associate greeted us and said she had also gotten a Walmart battery that wouldn't hold a charge, which was the same problem we were having. After being instructed to do so, we went to the back to the automotive department, where the automotive service manager said she could exchange one of the batteries because it was reading 11.8 amps. The other one read 12, but we explained that it's not holding a charge. It was at 12.2 before we left the house. The service manager said she needed to test that battery, and it would take 45 minutes to an hour. She took both batteries back to be tested and, after an hour of no news, we asked what was going on. The service manager sent a different associate to tell us that both batteries tested good. We knew something wasn't right, so we asked the young man to test them in front of us, and he seemed irritated. It was no wonder he did when this resulted in his being caught in a lie! One of the batteries was still reading 11.8. We then said we wanted to exchange that battery for a new one. He then (and only then) said they couldn't exchange it because they didn't have that exact model in stock! So why did the service manager have us waiting an hour if we couldn't exchange it anyways!!???We explained the poor service to customer service up front, and they were very apologetic. They were nice enough to give us a $50 gift card because automotive made us wait for no reason. And the customer service department looked up and found another Walmart that had our batteries in stock.

Once again, after I placed all my items on the conveyer. The register would not function. I was told to reload all of the items back into my cart and go to another register. I'm disabled and it's a chore just to go shopping. I was not up to reload the cart and move. So I left the items and the store. This is the second time this has happened to me this month. I will no longer be shopping at Walmart.

We were disappointed that Sabbatical was closed, but happy we could still order from the cocktail menu on the Hop Scholar side. Thier cocktails are top notch with the Smoke Screen being my favorite to scratch my itch for a peaty scotch whiskey!

They never seem to have more than one or two six packs of Mountain Dew Zero. I miss the 24oz bottles I used to buy them as in Utah and California, or the 8 pack they were sold as in Michigan. Sometimes they pull all the stock from one location and put it into the middle of the aisles or near one of the main entrances, so it isn't always a simple task finding what you're looking for.

Every employee we encountered had an open hostility towards every shopper in the store. They clearly hate their jobs! I can only imagine this stems from their team lead, Franklin, who was incredibly condescending when asked for help at the registers.

As a former pharmacy employee at this location I will be as impartial as possible. I love this location. I thought I would be uncomfortable taking the covid vaccine here, but even the new employee's were like family. Although it was too early for my second dose I am definitely going back. Thank you guys. Stay amazing.

I don't know how this store is still open. The parking lot is half full. Half of that is probably employees. I refuse to shop here. It's so silly to funnel people in and out one door. The door at the food entrance no less. This isn't about Covid this is about control. It seems to me that they are paying for it. I have been by several times and the lot is always half full. I am not about to park on one end to get something on the other end. Mostly because I don't want to be forced though a choke point where all the sickness and germs collect. This is Insane. I can get everything I need from other stores that are fully open. Good luck Walmart I'm done!

Download the Walmart app. Shop the clearance racks you can find some nice items if you take your time and look through everything. Make sure you scan the clearance tags wit the scanner in the app. Sometimes the items are cheaper than the tag says. I have found items from $1-$5. I'm a person that mixes high fashion with low fashion and you'd never be able to tell which is which unless you look at the tags.

Came in for a few items. Found them easily and at an affordable cost after filling up at $1.91/Gallon and parking in front of store. However; the BEST Service came from Bob, an associate who saw me struggling to hand carry the four items to checkout and offered to Help Me Carry My Stuff! Could not have been more impressed if Sam Walton himself had been there!

I am just letting you know, I was hung up on by perhaps the rudest man I have ever spoken to in my life. He is currently in the electronics section on shift, Wednesday the 28th of August 2019, 11:01pm. FIRE THIS GUY. My debit card isn't working and all I was trying to figure out is if your location accepts Apple Pay so I could get dog food. There was also a lady I could hear over the phone who flippantly remarked "tell that b*tch to call back tomorrow" and now they have had me on hold for 15 minutes after trying to call back. I'm going to call from my friends phone bc these a holes are on my last nerve. SIMPLE QUESTION : DO YOU HAVE APPLE PAY? Fire them both, they are garbage and don't deserve jobs.

This review is for the auto department. I am not a car savvy person. I brought my vehicle in to have the battery replaced 1 Year after purchasing it. My car had been consistently needing to be jumped and I had taken it several different places with the same response "it's your battery" when I first arrived at Walmart (where I previously purchased the battery) I was ignored while the little girl who was supposed to be working, was flirting with two men. I waited patiently until she came to my car and told me they were backed up and I would have to come back in the morning. I bring my car back the next morning and explain everything that has been happening and ask that my battery be replaced under my 5 year warranty. They did a battery test and a diagnostic test and told me the problem was my security system which couldn't be fixed and that they couldn't replace my battery free of charge because the machine reading stated good. I have never had any issue with the security system and the only way I was able to bring my car in was by jumping it. The guy then proceeds to tell me "I'm not really good with cars" ummm isn't this what you do in AUTOMOTIVE?! So I call my mechanic and explain the issue to him. He tells me it is in fact a battery issue and that I need to demand a replacement. I do this in the most polite way possible. No yelling, head rolling, or cursing. I'm met with attitude and told "fine, we will replace it but if you keep having issues then what" that is not what I expect form any business. Especially not one where I have spent my money on a warranty and been extremely patient with their incompetence. I will not ever purchase another thing from this store. Save yourself some time and go to auto-zone right up the road.
