I have been doing business with Wells Fargo for over 20 years from living in California to Michigan and now Texas, I have financed and paid off 5 mortgages and have recently conducted all of my small business banking here. However, they have slid down hill. The more people they transfer you to the more different answers you get. Definitely not customer centric. I am switching banks immediately.

Very pleasant experience! Parking no problem ( 10:30 AM), no line for a teller. Teller was very polite and efficient, (Mone)! Thank you, I was a bit stressed, and she was really great!.

First off, the service is very slow. They should invest in staffing more tellers during the busy afternoon hours. I came in with a sizable amount of unrolled change after being told (rudely) by a Wells Fargo phone operator that Wells Fargo does accept unrolled change, but I was told at this branch that they do not accept unrolled change. I understand that change is not fun, but we all have aspects of our jobs which are not appealing and accumulated change is a real thing which Wells Fargo and other large banks should be able to help their members with. The teller suggested I try going to a Coinstar, though he was earnest enough to give me some coin sleeves for my change and did seem genuinely apologetic about the misinformation--the only reason I am leaving a two-star review instead of one. At this point, I'm not sure whether I'm being lied to or if the teller simply didn't want to go through the hassle of counting the change/putting it into a change counter. Really unimpressed with the lack of service and misinformation here.

Ten windows, a line around the corner and only 4 tellers, absolutely ridiculous customer service

If I could give zero stars I would. This bank says it has a delayed opening due to a storm yesterday. We had NO---ZERO accumulation of snow and the roads in the woodlands are perfectly clear. I've been running errands all morning. In fact bank of amer

By far this is my least favorite location. I which that they would move to another location. Just getting into the parking lot and finding a spot can be a hassle. It really doesn't matter what time of the day, the parking lot ranks up there with dropping your kids off at school. I do like that they have four ATM machines so that wait isn't long. When I do go into the branch there is always a wait. On this visit there were only three tellers with one of them being the merchant teller. Whenever the line does get long bankers that are not with clients do help out. Granted they can't help so much if you have a cash deposit or need to make a withdrawal. The only problem that I have had at this location is when I was trying to get my car loan refinanced. When I spoke to the teller she said that I qualified so I came back the next day with paperwork, to make sure that I got a good deal. The personal banker that helped me, I didn't like her from the moment that she greeted me. The aura that she gave off is that she had better things to do and that I was wasting her time. She looked at the interest rate that I was getting from my credit union and said that Wells Fargo couldn't beat that rate. She then went on to say that even though she works there she still recommends credit unions. I worked for a bank and it was always our job to cross sell products. After getting the current rate that WF had she then told me that I should check out Yolo Federal or Golden 1. If it wasn't for this banker and the parking lot I would give it a higher rating.

The service is so slow at this branch. I've gone there several times for both deposits and wires, and it's always a long wait. This location seems to be perpetually understaffed, at least in the afternoon.

The tellers are quick and courteous. I'm particularly fond of Carolina, Corina & Marleen. Margo, an older lady often in the back is a real gem. They do their best despite often poor schedules that leave them short staffed; smiling even with what at times seems like endless lines. Friendly even when unbearable grouchy customers complain about things out of their control. One fellow yelper stated there were no negative reviews, alleging they paid off Yelp to have them removed. That is simply not true, there's even one who states he hasn't banked with WF in years but still felt the need to post a poor review. I don't quite understand the hostility here. Wells Fargo has always been good to me. I have banked with them for nearly 15 years at several branches but the Woodland Wells Fargo is my favorite!

Wells Fargo is an extremely bad bank for small business owners. They deny credit card payments frequently, even when I call ahead to let them know I am making a large purchase. They have frozen my business assets because they suspected fraud. No matter what I do to prove their has been no fraud they will not release these assets. Small business owners beware- this is an awful bank

Wells Fargo and I have had a checkered past. But when the Supreme Court of California needed me to take a digital rendering of an image, make a physical copy of it so that they could turn around and re-digitize the image, well, I was furious. Point is, Wells Fargo came through for me. I left the branch with a smile on my face. Never before had Wells Fargo made me smile! They had enraged me beyond the point of reason many times before. So this was a very memorable moment. Thanks again! Glad to have gotten out of Woodland, and if I die before I get a chance to go back to Woodland it will have been too soon.

Honestly, this branch is very poorly ran. They do a very poor job with teaching their employees about customer service as well as protocol. I try to avoid this branch with everything I can.

Somehow Wells Fargo was able to convince Yelp to remove all their negative reviews..... $$$. At this bank you can expect. ..Long lines! Rude tellers, rude bankers, rude bank managers...to them you are just another #...they will not remember you name nor go out of their way to give you good service.

I had some poor experiences with Wells fargo years ago, but it seems like they have improved since then. I have accounts at multiple different banks and I can say that Wells Fargo is in my top 3.
