Dane Blakeley, Sr. Banker, was extremely helpful with us as we tried to understand how to properly send a wire transfer, which we had never done before. We visited him twice in his office, and we also called for assistance, and he was so generous with his time - even without an appointment. Thank you so much!!

The tellers at well’s Fargo on six pines and lake woodlands drive were VERY rude on the morning of sept. 23 rd at about 11:25 my granddaughter was trying to cash a wells Fargo check, she only had her collage ID and a picture of her social security on her phone that they wouldn’t accept she has no credit cards, I can under can understand if they wouldn’t take a picture of her social security card from her phone she doesn’t carry her social security card on her on account she afraid she may lose it, but do they have to be so rude, my granddaughter wasn’t the only one they were rude there was a older man’s that walk out of the bank saying a few choice words

Was told to take a seat for a basic wire transfer… 40 minutes ago. She said someone will with be right with you. So after 40 minutes of waiting I asked how much longer and she said they didn’t have anyone available for another 30 minutes. Ridiculous. Other bankers sitting around. Sent me to another branch.

One banker said that Wells Fargo doesn’t treat with “Cubans.” This is discrimination. Shame of them.

I like this branch a lot. It is easy to get an appointment, the workers seem rather competent, and I didn't experience too much of a waiting time. The guy who deals with business issues has treated me very well. This is my go-to Wells Fargo at the moment.

Every time I come to this branch they always take their sweet time. Yes the staff is friendly but have no motivation to get people in and out especially those with businesses to return to. Take the extra minutes and drive to the one 5 min down the road. A lot faster and indeed friendlier

Needed to speak to customer service about money missing out of account. Cannot be taken care of over phone. Told cannot be seen this whole day because I didn't make an "appointment". No one else in bank to help me. How is this service?

I went for a cashier's check and ultimately, they let me know that I could upgrade my account to get free cashier's checks. I ended up saving money and they were quick and efficient. I enjoyed my experience here and the staff was all very friendly.

(wish zero stars were an option) Absolutely horrible customer service from the tellers. After many mistakes with this bank (11 + years holding an account there and even working for wells Fargo years ago) I finally have decided to close my account. Please do yourself a favor and either go to another branch or to another bank. If sales are so important to the tellers, why do they treat customers, either established or new, so poorly? Please Adam (store manager) help your tellers(especially Christina and Marcia) learn the VALUE of customer service....and keeping them. It's pretty Important.
