We had to wait an hour and a half from our appointment time before we saw the doctor. My dad is 86 years old and waiting that long is ridiculous, it wasn’t just this time it is every time we go. You even have to wait 30-45 minutes when you have a televisit with them.

Dr. Fernandez is very caring and thorough. She may be very busy, but takes the time to make you feel as though you are getting very individualized attention. The staff is very nice and very efficient. You can normally expect a little wait while in the office, but that is to be expected with a busy practice like hers. I wouldn't hesitate to refer her to anyone I know, and I am glad to have her as my cardiologist!

Dr. Fernandez is the best Cardiologist around here, my family has used others and she is far more caring, knowledgeable, and passionate about her job and clients.

My times in person at the office were nothing to complain about. I had to wait longer than expected to see Dr. Fernandes during my first visit, but that was fine. I ended up returning several times for different tests. I was given the option to have a televisit with a nurse practitioner to receive the results of those visits, which was really nice. However, the first televisit experience was a bit of a mess. I had an appointment with nurse practitioner A scheduled at a certain time. The day before the appointment, it was rescheduled with a different nurse practitioner B at different time. The only notice given was when I received the confirmation email noting the new person and new time. Once the appointment date came, I logged in to the website and waited for more than 15 minutes before having to call the office to ask if the appointment was still happening. I was put on hold for another 5 minutes before I was put on the phone with someone whose accent I could barely understand. I had to go to the office days later to ask for the results in person because I did not understand the person who presented them to me the first time. I ended up scheduling a second televisit to receive additional results, and I specifically requested not to speak with nurse practitioner B because I did not understand her. The staff was understanding and gave me an appointment with someone else. Days before the appointment, I received a call from the office to reschedule to a later date and I agreed. I was not told who I would be speaking with. I received a confirmation email the day before the new appointment and it was with person B that I requested not to have it with. I informed the staff that I specifically requested not to speak with this person and they set me up with a different nurse practitioner C at a later date. For the third time now, the day before my appointment, the nurse practitioner C has been changed to the person B. I ended up having to call and cancel my appointment since the staff seems not to take my requests into consideration. This appointment has been pushed now for a month, but I do not want to waste my time again with someone who is late to a televisit appointment and then not understanding them on top of that.

I don't understand how the medical staff are unaware of your medical history or allergies before entering a patient's room?! I've witnessed a staff assistant/MA document the wrong arm for a blood pressure reading, seen an NP suggest a known allergy medicine (had they just looked at the chart), and numerous interruptions during visits.Every lengthy visit, the practitioner would ask about a lab result or scan because they didn't have the information before entering the room. So a family member would have to scramble through their personal documents to show the practitioner. What is the point?Appt. Information is changed often, including the day prior, and wait times are lengthy. Dr. Fernandes is a friendly, charismatic person, but you can't seem to get an uninterrupted, non-rushed, accurate conversation with their healthcare team.

Started off to a rocky start. My wait time was unusually long. Dr had unexpected oncall duty. I was annoyed because I was not told. Mind you this was also my 1st visit. After 2 hours of waiting I was ready to walk out the door. Rija asked for me to give Dr Fernandez just a few more mins she promised she was just about to be in. THANK GOD I stayed. I absolutely LOVE Dr Fernandez!!! Worth every minute I had to wait. Rija and Abby her nurses are amazing also. God knew I needed these women to help me and I thank him for blessing me with this amazing doctor and nurses. I highly recommend.

Dr. Fernandes has been the best experience I have had, I have been seeing cardiologists since the age of 10 due to a childhood heart condition and I am very particular about my care. From the first day I met her Fernandes has been honest about my care and expectations as my provider. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to heart health and provides tough love because she cares. I travel from Atlanta to my appointments because I know the standard of care and each associate and NP that I have worked with have been thorough and helpful on my journey to optimal health. I highly recommend Dr.Fernandes and her team and no matter where I live I will be her patient.

She is the best. Helped save my life in 2020. Have been under her care for 6 years. From experience one should do. What she says. I learned that the hard way. I am alive to see my third grand daughter born. Thank you Dr. Fernandes.
