My earlier review was removed. I don’t know how that happened. I have nothing good to say about this company. I pay for 15mps and never even get close to that. Mostly just dear air. Their internet service is always consistently horrible. Many phone calls made to customer service and nothing is ever remedied. They are constantly making promises that never come to fruition. If I could give them a negative star it would be a negative 5.

Sold company to one of the worst internet companies around. Reviews are horrible on them and they have a reputation of taking over decent wifi companies and turning them into garbage. Thanks for looking out for your customers. Signal already wasn't the greatest and always dropping. So now we all get to look forward to even worse service.

Worse than Delcom. Delcom advertises more expensive prices but SR Internet has been a large burden for me every month since I've switched services. I constantly get less than half the speed I pay for, or I sometimes have days/weeks (yes weeks) of no connection. Their "tier 2" technicians are apparently scarce because it takes them days/weeks to handle a ticket. According to phone support, they're also the ones who handle reimbursement for these issues. Sadly they never bother calling when they're scheduled to finally handle these situations; so good luck getting reimbursed.

The only reason I’m putting one star is because I can see that they put up WiFi towers around the rv park so they made an effort. The speed is horrible. I only get 1-2 bars of WiFi never 3. It drops constantly for hours at a time. Did I mention the speed is horrible! I can’t even load basic webpages on my smartphone. Can’t watch movies on Netflix. Can’t backup my iPhone at night. It’s pretty much pointless. The LTE cell phone service isn’t great but it’s still faster then this thing they call WiFi. Contacted them to see if they could get the speed where it’s usable. Never heard from them on if a tech came out or a follow up call and speed never got better. I’m forced to pay $25 a month to my rv park “for internet” yet it’s unusable. I do not recommend this company.

Great customer service- the young men that own/run this company are Super Smart and very focused on 100% customer satisfaction!
