“I have found the Thorndale PO to be professional and helpful. We had our box hit by a car and they walked us through the reporting process. They saw the damage before we did and had already started the mail hold process until the box was replaced! Great job folks!!!”

“We went to get 3 minor passports. They offered photo services and the gentleman that helped us was great with the kids. He was very patient and provided updated forms for us. I brought in the wrong ones and he did not made me feel rushed filling them out. I appreciate his kindness. Although this post office is a bit far from us, I’m willing to make the trip to receive great customer service. I wish I got his name, sir you were awesome. Thank you again!”
