Came through at 1am 8/27. Stood waiting at the counter for over 4 minutes and no one is sight. By the time the lady did walk over to the register had a look on her face like I was the one interrupting her. While she knew there were people waiting and decided to still go order Subway food and then walk back putting food in her mouth Like she didn’t have a care about the perception of the fact that she ignored waiting customers, Or even had the manners to acknowledge when someone was polite to them. Make it a point to at least pretend that you care about what you’re doing or the people that choose to stop and fuel up here as opposed to going right down the road. And it’s unfortunate because it cost nothing to be courteous and polite.

They are selling sandwich without bread, only white wrap and selling sode cup without lids. They just told me, they dont have bread. What about cup lid, No give any information to Customers before sell anything.

Pulled in and waited almost 10 minutes for cars to move their cars away from the pumps. Several drivers just blocked the pumps in order to go into the store. Atleast 1 broken down vehicle blocked another pump. Water was everywhere on the floors near the bathrooms and the men's restroom was closed. Skip this travel stop. We pulled out without fueling or buying anything.

Very very poor managed store all they do is keep adding more water to the already dirty water bucket that they got out there for us to clean our windows with that is sad I don't know who's stealing what from that store but they damn sure ain't giving it to the customers and if you go in McDonald's you're going to have to resort all the way back to your high school years when you worked at a McDonald's going back there get on the register and make your order cuz the people working there they surely ain't going to try to see to you everything about that store was just sad

Bad service cashier is always in a bad mood she never acknowledge you when you try to be polite to her this location is always super busy .

Combination McDonalds, Subway, and Loves. They all share the restrooms inside. Long wait for restrooms but service at McDonalds was fast.
The dog park was small and the gates were faulty because the dirt was recessed underneath, so small and medium dogs can climb through. Lots of pet waste in the dog park and the pet waste bag station was empty of bags.

Nobody’s helping customers at Diesel desk or cleaning showers, when all the showers are empty.. they all doing some other chores and can see the customers staring and waiting
