If you want to get yelled at and not get acknowledged, then go to this subway. I stopped today around 3:30 PM The lady does not greet you. You wait there for a couple of minutes to see if she acknowledges you. She proceeds to keep washing dishes and being on her cell phone you addressed her that you need help, you would like to order and she response with “I already saw you I am busy” with a very rude tone of voice she keep washing dishes then on her cell phone. The baking bread Oven starts beeping. She still doesn’t come to attend and when she does Attend she’s yelling at you and telling you she already saw you that she’s busy so on so forth. After I asked for a manager or her name, she went to the back room and wouldn’t come out and I kept on asking for her name and she wouldn’t come out and she was in the back room laughing I just had to leave imagine if I would’ve ordered food what she would to it with that kind of attitude May she find peace she needs it.

2/5/24 2:30 pm. Lady wrong just ignored me and others. On phone for personal business instead of conducting business. Doesn’t matter what some other chick did. Your at work. Take care of your customers.PS. Prolly need new crew. Most people I’ve dealt with here are not professional.

Do not go to this Subway unless you’re prepared for a smart mouthed woman to snap at you. When we arrived the oven was on with bread inside, the timer had finished and the alarms were sounding for a good 7-10 minutes. Being that we were afraid that a fire might start my 8 year old and I started looking around for someone along with two other gentlemen. A doorway to the freezer was open so we peaked in to see if there was anyone around and a woman snapped at us for caring about the alarms going off and checking to see if everyone was okay. She repeatedly kept making smart mouth/rude comments. When the other subway employee showed up behind the counter a few minutes later the older lady said “these people act like we don’t need breaks or need to use the restroom”. This all stemmed from us hearing the alarm on the bread oven going off repeatedly for 7-10 minutes, and because the oven was still on we tried to look for a subway employee to notify and to make sure there wasn’t a reason they weren’t responding to the alarm. Instead we were met with the rudeness and unprofessionalism of this woman, so we just left.

The old, crusty, curmudgeon lady who served me was so rude and had a piss poor attitude. You don’t talk to paying customers with that tone and dialect. I feel HQ needs to intervene with the hiring process in three rivers. She was a tough, mean, nasty, overweight, unsanitary and quite frankly unpleasant lady.

Stopped there on Dec 31st to get a 6" Tuna, the two attendants at 12:30 PM were making sandwiches reading the add -ons from a printout, (must have been a call in) . I waited and waited and neither one of them acknowledged me standing there, I finally said "excuse me, how many sandwiches are on the list", they started counting and when they got to seven or so, I just walked off. They were going to just let me stand there for 1/2 an hour and not even state "sir. it's going to be a long wait" Thats pitiful service.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I would give it a zero if I had that option. Lady was extremely rude. Talked real ugly to us. I told her that I hoped she has a better day and she said she was having a great day. I then told her that she needed an attitude adjustment and she said she has a great attitude. We were going to eat there but decided to eat in the car because I didn’t want her meanness and ugliness to spoil my day. Subway needs to read these reviews and get rid of her.
