This place will get what you need done at the expense of their workers. You would think that a private company like this would treat their employees better, but this is not the case at Brazos Metal Building Systems. There is just awful communication between the management and employees, so much so that materials are constantly wasted. The boss himself won't even listen to his employees suggestions for better workflow. I'm disappointed with this place to say the least.

I've had a few things made here. They've always been very friendly and made my orders the way we wanted. They've even helped me decide what would be best for our projects. They get the orders done pretty quickly too.

My roofer ordered Hawaiian Blue and they made me pay extra for it. When the Metal showed up it was Galvanized not even painted. When asked about it over the phone they denied that thats what we ordered and would not give a refund. Later I found out Hensson's Metal in Cresson would have only been half the cost.
