They have 16 pumps, 9 of which are down or broken. Security tape on pretty much all of them are broken. Honestly, I would be embarrassed to own this place.

Well, the pumps are 24 hours. The convenient store is not came in at 2:30 to pump gas and get something from inside. There was a car outside. Everything was turned on, but the doors were locked. When I was leaving the store. I noticed that the workers were actually in the front sitting down on the seats.

Restroom don't work, carwash don't work,no napkins ,dark inside. Saturday morning..at least the two cashiers were friendly.

I work late nights across the street , and have to pump gas on the way home which is all the way in Cleveland, half the time the store is closed overnight but says it’s 24:7 I understand the register and day has to be closed out at a certain time because I’ve worked at a convenience store before , but it doesn’t take more than a hour or 2 to get the store closed out and back up , the employees seem lazy and careless , and whether they are understaffed or not they still get payed to maintain the store . It’s horrible management obviously, they just don’t seem to train efficiently, there was a great overnight employee but I heard she quit because no one in the morning did anything and I believe it cause the trash cans would always be filled . Something has to get done , TOMBALL is a nice area enough to have a decent store . Iam a store manager myself and I understand sometimes we do everything in our power , but if things are out of stock and broken down how do you expect to makes sales and revenue ?? You have to insist in repairing the equipment , and start off with efficiently training the staff . And make sure you stay in stock !! Find people who actually care for there job the being on the phone and doing absolutely nothing is ridiculous . Everyone here is at least 18 years of age or older .

THE SLOWEST PUMPS, plan on being there for at least 20 mins if you want to fill up your tank. It’s a shame too because they have a great location!

There were bees in the car wash inside the side brush, so I decided not to go to the car wash.But somebody needs to call someone to get the bees out of here or replace the side brush since it could be something sticky.

Horrible location. Cashier rude. Restrooms dirty. All coffee machines dow. At 640am in the morning.

How long until you fix the coffee machines? It has been MONTHS.I am a 7-eleven fan, but not only is the lack of coffee an issue, you're leaving your staff in a bad situation when they have to explain over and over again that they don't have any information.
