They're all about money! I hate I have to give them 1 star. Rented a refrigerator the last week of March. My refrigerator went out and I didn't want to make an impulse buy on a refrigerator without doing my research. Paid my first month up front on March 23. $176. April 14th rolls around and they charge my debit card another $176. I was paying monthly!!!! That's 3 weeks!!!! So, they were paid twice in 1 month. I'm sending the refrigerator back, never had plans on keeping it. Told them that upfront. And when someone else comes in their store to rent a refrigerator, they'll suggest the one I'm returning so they can get paid again for the same refrigerator. Never again!!!! Scammers!!!!!

I have received good service and no issue with my TV or with service they are extremely helpful with working on payments to what days are best. I'm fixing to pay the last payments of the 2nd TV. ?

Read the reviews and decide to give them a try anyway SMH. I just went and bought a couch from somewhere else. I would’ve stuck with Aaron’s if I could’ve went to the Spring location. Due to distance the Tomball location was my home store. Never again!!

Went to Aarons on mother's day, was upset but Joanna was a complete angel. I was dealing with the anniversary of my mom's death, then mother's day, then my dryer quit. She showed me what you had & explained everything. Then today the 2 young men delivered the dyer. They were friendly efficient and well prepared. I appreciate everything. Thank you

I have been calling to get a delivery date for two weeks now. I've gone pass two promos since the promo I've applied for......seems as if I am a target for answering these surveys. I've worked customer service for over 38 years. Today it's unheard of....

I came in a week ago to get a dresser and night stand. The one I wanted they no longer had in store but they did order. Because it was ordered it took an additional week before I would get it delivered. We chose a date specifically on a Friday with a time span between 1 and 7. The day comes I’m excited it’s 4 pm I decided to call and just make sure there were no delays. At this time I was told my delivery was for Saturday. I said can’t be cause I work Saturday, the manager set the date cause he made a comment about Friday the 13th so I remembered distinctly, then she says well what other day. I’m puzzled because just like that I’m out of luck. No one contacted me if a change. No one apologized for none communication but expected me to just be ok and reschedule with no explanation. This was my first and last time doing business with Arron especially the tomball location.

The people at this store talk on the phone like they are unprofessional. I don't know how this store stays in business with all the bad reviews. You would think with all the Bad reviews that management would retrain their employees but they don't. This company is booboo.
