This is my second time back they fixed the gas leak under the seat of my car first, well fixed. Now They fix my coolant system so my car wouldn't run hot, they fixed my windshield wiper switch on my steering wheel. They did a good job on my brakes & rotors so Job well done. They picked up my car due to me not feeling well. Thx u guys. ?? My car is running like new.??

West Houston Auto Repair is a place I trust with my car. They provided excellent service with a smile and thoroughly look over your car. The technicians told me what work needed to be done and prioritized the tasks in case I didn’t want to get all of it done at once. I’ll be back!

I went to their place of business to get my car inspected. Everyone there was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. After inspecting my car, they told me that there were a couple of issues. Erick gave me pricing on both issues. All in all it was a good experience.

It was my first time going to get my truck inspected (by myself). After speaking with the service man, I was secured in my decision to bring it to this location. Not only are they knowledgeable, but give detailed reports (via text/email) and give advice on what and when to repair your vehicle.

I called the business and told him what I needed to be done when I got there they helped me out and did everything they were supposed to with my my license then they gave me a good estimate I like I need to go back get some of that stuff done I just had a busy day going there with my brother was riding with me and we had things to do. I don't have any photos because well they put a license plate on for me that's all the card did not come with a license plate bracket so they fixed it for me.

First time there, they ask signature for everything before doing the work , in the end a simple job will be too expensive .
My Radiator test show it’s leaking, and I was charged for $80 , I was told many other things need to be done , after replacing the radiator, and every test is a lot of money (scar tactics)
But to replace the Radiator was $1100.00
They were upset because I decided not to do the job.
I went to a radiator shop it was done for $465.00

The place for all your auto repair needs. Very friendly and honest staff and the service they provide is very affordable. They are very close to home, offer a loaner if needed/available or they will take you home or work while the work on your vehicle is being done. They even came to my work location and swopped my vehicle with the loaner, so I did not have to leave work to do so. This is definetly the place of choice for me for getting my vehicle serviced.

I went to N. West Auto Repair in Tomball to get my oil changed. They decided also to do a “free 23 point inspection”, as well.
After the inspection Sam at the front counter showed me the phots results. It appeared that one of the windshield wipers had a tear in it. Funny, just yesterday early in the morning I had dew on the windshield and used my wipers then and didn’t notice any torn or loose rubber.
I told Sam that and he went back and told the owner/mgr. what I had said. Right after Sam printed out the inspection report the owner/mgr. came in yelling at “me the customer” telling me that he was defending his reputation, all the while circling behind me with his chest all puffed out like he was going to hit me. I mean he was seething. If I was the owner/mgr. I would’ve kept it to myself and waited for customer to bring it to my attention. He brag about his Google reviews and boasted about how he had to defend his reputation. There’s nothing to defend. If you feel you’ve done nothing nefarious let it go. Until he came out and made a huge scene in the front customer lobby area I might of decided to get my rear brakes done at another time. It’s not about how good their workmanship is. It’s about how you treat your customers. I told him after his outburst that I wouldn’t be back and that word of mouth works both ways. The best word of mouth actually isn’t online. It’s from others around you in your day to day life. I decided to leave an online review after his outburst and bragging about his impeccable google review status. As a former business person myself I would’ve never stooped that low in front of any of my customers. After all, aren’t they paying me for services rendered???
