I recently used the uhaul services at this location. My family and I were relocating to another state and really needed an auto transport. The Uhaul customer service representatives were no help. Christina at the front desk was able to locate the auto transport we needed and had it delivered to the store. She was absolutely amazing and helped to ease a lot of my anxiety that came along with the move. Would absolutely recommend 10 out of 10!

It’s only getting one star because the First Lady of the morning that helped out getting a Uhaul was great. But before my use for the Uhaul was finished I had another woman call me. She has been in my Uhaul as well as go into the back where my belongings where. She called me rude telling me to get my stuff out or she’s gonna charge me 300 dollars. She went back and forth with me even after me telling her I wasn’t finished. Literally I was next door getting the keys to my apartment. She was every bit of rude and I wouldn’t use this place for service ever again.

Do yourself a Favor and Stay Away from this Place. Don't ever give them a Credit Card Number. They tend to Charge your Card without your Knowledge after hours. And you have to Dispute the Charges. Yet they make up Charges . I was out of this place for two weeks. And they wanted to Charge more excessive Fees. Tried to Charge my Card . And the Bank alerted me . Thx to my Bank. They Declined there Charges. These people are completely unethical and rude. Would highly recommend finding another location. There's plenty to Choose from in that Area. FYI.

Believe the other reviews. One star is way too good for this trash. The pathetic excuse for a manager is the rudest, most unhelpful person you could have the misfortune to meet. Their "air conditioned" units will have you sweating in 30 seconds, no exaggeration. Complete scam and insult to respectable people and businesses everywhere.
