I went to resolve a problem with the equipment that was malfunctioning. We got it fixed and the problem was solved. I do think they charge too much money for a wireless hotspot when other devices are available for much less. Just my .02

Is my opinion that ATT company policy has a total lack of honesty at least regarding to their internet service. If you can avoid ir, do not use ATT internet service

I’ve been using the wireless service for over a year now it’s very bad in the area north of Tomball . I only get one or two bars on my phone. I have contacted customer service support multiple times to get help with the issue . I always have to wait for more than 30 mins to get live customer support. They will usually fix it but it will only work good for about 30 mins before starts loosing signal. I had to end up getting an internet provide (not AT&T ) so my phone can function properly.

After walking in, undecided if we were going to switch providers or to which providers, Andrew helped make our decision a bit easier. His knowledge, professionalism and customer service overall, was great. He was very patient with us and extremely friendly. Andrew was awesome!

My son and I had a fantastic customer experience. Brad took very good care of us and made sure all of our questions were answered. He also took the time to setup my son’s phone and watch as well as install a screen protector.

Joe helped my mom pick out a phone and answered any questions she had. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and didn't have to wait to speak with someone. Great experience and will be back.

Recently my cell phone carrier, Wing, switched from AT&T to Verison and it was to say the least a huge mess! It took my phone down with no way to reach anyone for help. I went to AT&T for help and I will honestly say Jasun was like "a dog with a bone" in his efforts trying to help me! He had never heard of Wing but that didn't stop him. He worked for about 6 days getting the situation figured out and finding the right folks to get my phone transferred to AT&T. He worked behind the scene to find people to help get me taken care of. I am beyound amazed at his determination to help a customet he had never met until this situation came up. I do feel so sorry for those people who are still waiting for Wing to get their act together! Jasun's help was so instrumental in me being able to have phone service while everything got striaghtened out! Thanks to AT&T for giving me an extension of 24 hrs so I had phone service while details were worked out. If anyone from AT&T reads this review, you need to know you have an EXCELLANT worker at the Tomball, Texas AT&T store! Jasun is AMAZING and WONDERFUL!

This review is from my friend, Bob:My phone was not working and the first person that waited on me would not help me because my last name on their records was misspelled by one letter and did not match my drivers license! I was not happy as I have been a customer for over 20 years, and was ready to leave and go to another store, when Milton, the sales manager intervened. He stepped right up, took care of the situation in a very friendly and professional manner. I have never had such good customer service and Milton is a top-notch professional. I was totally satisfied with the results of the visit, in spite of my first contact.
