I couldn't remember when or where I bought my last battery. I had to charge by car battery overnite to get to a store. The Auto Zone is near my home. I was met by Toya at the desk. Like lightning, she check my account, printed my paid receipt. Wait, I didn't pay? It's free. You are under warranty. She change my battery in seconds, Wow! She was amazing and so nice. Thank you, Toya.

Started out okay. The manager came to check my battery. Said it was bad and under warranty. When I asked if she could replace it I got told no. First time ever being told no they won’t help you. You have to remove something first. Got the part she wanted removed then she still didn’t want to help me. Shout out to victor though for helping replace the battery. I will NEVER come to this autozone again as the manager was not very nice. It was pretty tough morning. I was asking for help and she didn’t want to do it. Again I have NEVER experienced this type of customer service at autozone. EVER!
Victor was amazing helped get the battery replaced. && all was good! THANK YOU VICTOR!

I had a 10/10 amazing experience , The worker named Ryan Gilmore always helped me in my auto needs. He helped me not only learn about my car but provide me with fast and time efficient service . If you wanna know anything about cars , he's your guy!

I went yesterday night to get my battery checked out, this was very close to closing time, but the employees there were nothing short of amazing. They checked out my battery and to my surprise it had to be replaced. Fortunately, I didn’t have to come out of pocket since the batteries they sell come with warranty. Everyone was very nice and helpful! Thank yall!

Website hrs say open till 10pm all week however when i walked in at 9:15 i was immediatly told they were closed and was refused service
