Derrick A. Was so helpful and kind, my ac wasn’t working and he had me and my baby sit in the store, because of the heat. He refilled the ac and we were off! Such a handsome young man! Thank you tons, will be back! Great staff

Visited another auto parts store nearby and got unsatisfactory customer service, then went to AutoZone. The young man that helped me there was top-notch, a real helpful and pleasant person. He addressed my issue, fixed it and sent me on my way. Bravo!

My battery died while getting gas at the Kroger across the street. I wasn't sure what I was going to do bu thankfully saw the autozone across the street. I walked in and Michael B was immediately halpeful. He walked back across the street with me to jump the car then installed a new battery all within 30 minutes. He was so helpful and thankfully they were there or I would've been stranded.

I went to Autozone to see about a diagnostic on my Tundra. Not able to do that Howard helped me get my A/C back working after two months with just two cans of Freon!!! He was kind and professional in his approach to helping me, I will think of him every time that ac turns on and blows cold again!!! Good man, good company!!!

Derrick, the tall guy with nice tattoos! Very cool guy and intelligent young man. I had problems and he helped me solve my issues. He changed my headlights and installed a new battery for me. A real handyman. I’ll definitely come back here again

Bernard and another red shirted employee helped me get in my car after I locked my keys in with it running. The red shirt was an excellent expediter, and was able to process my commercial faster than some gray shirts had been able to at other locations. That guy needs a promotion. Bernard is a long time Autozoner I’ve been able to recognize him for years. The whole location runs very smoothly. To contrast the Oreillys across the street only had 1 employee that was a quick expediter.Definitely will go to this location if I’m in a hurry.

Needed to order a part for my vehicle. The associate who helped me was very helpful. He looked the part up and said we can have it sent from our warehouse and it will be here tomorrow for pick up. I said that's wonderful. I called the next morning to check and was told the part came in and I could come and pick it up. It was a part I needed to replace for my inspection and I was so glad the turn around was quick. Thank you AutoZone for your friendly and helpful customer service.
