Two tellers today. Better than the 1. Eight people in line. Never enough staff and they refuse to do anything about it. Make that 11 in line now as I continue to wait.

John Spears was AMAZING, he answered all of my questions and gave me more insight into my debit card and asked about my credit and maybe a secured card for me. He seemed to really understand my situation and talked to me about everything I was having issues with. Highly recommend you schedule an appointment with him!

Wow. Adelpha, you might be a VP of something but it is clearly not customer service. You were rude and impatient when we dared to question the seemingly contradictory information you gave us about waiting or making an appointment. You embarrassed us all in front of everyone in the bank.

Never enough tellers inside so the line is always terribly long. And they took away the drive-up tellers. Be prepared to wait when going to this bank in Tomball.
