Very very very Disrespectful Very rude she’s a banker I will NEVER step foot inside of this location again as long as I’m living. She had a thick accent blonde hair with glasses, older lady.. One of her colleagues was trying to explain my situation to her. She kept cutting her off while she was talking that is very rude and she was wrong both times. Another young lady assisted me. That is so rude to cut somebody off while they’re talking and you are the face of the company. I see why this location have one star reviews it’s because of her one person will ruin your business. If you allow them to that is very rude and very disrespectful. Customer service is not for her at all. I think this company general manager needs to reevaluate workers.

I have been with Bank of America for more than 10years. I love doing business with Bank of America. The best part about it is their customer service. They have the best representatives specifically a wonderful woman by the name of Ms. Behnaz Eslami, she is the best Relationship Banker I have ever met. She is kind, warm, caring, intelligent and awesome at what she does. She helped my 17year old daughter and I perfectly. She even accomodated my toddler while she was helping us. She is amazing and my family and I will continue to do business with Bank of America because of her for as long as God allows us. Thank you so much for everything Ms. Behnaz Eslami.

I Ben with this bank since 2013 woke up this morning to find my account was completely closed out. No reason no explanation. Jus told my balance will be sent by check, at that !!!!!!!! WOW IM APAULED UNBELIEVABLE! DO NOT USE BANK OF AMERICA

Simply great,I had a huge problem with the misuse of my Daren from a company I had ordered from. But Bank of America, and this bank in particular, really took time for me. Listened and took everything in detail. Worse customer service ever at a bank, glad I don't bank there. Branch manager Candice Nance has no clue what customer service is, tried to extort an apology from me after endorsing a check before giving it back to me. And she played the Disrespecting Me card.where are the minus stars???
