This is the worst bank service I have ever seen in over 40 years. The inside teller is nice, however always by herself and rest of the staff do not care or help no matter how long it takes or how many people are in line. Changing all personal accounts and entire family doing the same.

This place sucks. They don’t answer the phones. Will be canceling my banking with Bank of America tired of the no customer service and it’s not just this location it’s all of them.

Very slow service, not respectful of the client's time or accurate services. I was initially told that I would be serviced in one of private offices (business room), only to find out after waiting 35 minutes that it was not the right area to service my need and that I had to wait in the slower line after all. I was one of the first ones there and the last one to leave.

The teller was making everyone write down their social security # which seemed suspicious and the guy in front of me didn't have his ID or debit card and had to go to the car so she made me wait while he went to get it. Crazy!

My son who is legally blind and I a senior citizen went to make a deposit today at 1 pm. The only teller inside the bank was very unfriendly. No smile and seemed to be having a bad day. She acted like she wanted us out of there as quickly as possible. I believe she needs training on being nicer to customers. She had a bad attitude.

I got the attention from a Hispanic person, who, as we have always said, seems like we put our foot down between us. I went to cash a check for X amount, which never happened. According to her, there is a limit on cashing checks. I asked him how much is that limit? He told me I think 2500 dollars. I told him: Are you sure? Last time I cashed a check for 5000 dollars and there were no problems... That is the limit amount - she said. If this were true, how is it possible that such a small check cannot be cashed, what a strange policy. Do not go to this bank to cash a check of more than 2500 dollars. Save your time and the courage of going with terrible service.
I don't want to think that by the appearance of the people the administrator decides whether to cash a check or not. What a terrible bank. Somewhat or rather, quite racist.
