I’m beyond pissed! I went Black Friday shopping. As a single mom, I didn’t get a chance to wrap anything until tonight, Christmas Eve. Imagine my surprise when I get to the bath & body works bag and grab the “iconic champagne toast 9 piece bundle” in my bag of bath & body works stuff, only to find the burgundy bag completely EMPTY! Yep, my $140.95 worth of items is MISSING! I’m beyond pissed! They sold me an empty felt bag for $40! I was supposed to get a deal and I was ripped off!

I had an unpleasant shopping experience. I wasn’t greeted nor was I offered a basket no one even told me today’s deals. This is the service every B&BW offered when you walk in the door I’m a frequent shopper with B&BW and a member. I won’t shop at this location again nor will I recommend it. I had a coupon that I wasn’t allowed to use. When I asked for the DM info to reach out to express my concerns about my shopping experience the two managers had to talk about what happened at the front behind the register after waiting a few minutes as they talked I asked for the number aging the manager gave me the customer service number. I will travel further out for better customer service than shop at this location. I work in retail management and have been a manager for over 15 years the way this situation was handle was below average. I’m not sure if I was treated that way because of the color of skin or if this is just the type of service they actually have at this location. Moral of the story you never know who a person is never judge a book by its cover and treat every customer the same.

I’m an Instacart Shopper, I came in with a long list of products today, 15 3-wick candles of various scents. I shop here casually on my own time but don’t typically shop for the candles so I didn’t know where to find a majority of them. Melissa was absolutely fantastic! She noticed me hesitating and walked up to offer to help me find everything, she was extremely knowledgeable about the products and their locations and had me completely done shopping in 5 minutes flat and helped me manage that many candles by carrying a bag herself. The order would’ve taken me atleast 30 minutes to fill by myself. She was friendly and energetic and made me feel valued, Melissa made the shopping experience 10 times better than I’d would’ve been!

This location really grinds my gears and the workers!! I keep telling them that it is not my email that comes up,.. they just clicking and clicking buttons without verifying my email! Due to that I am not getting my receipts via email!!!! So I know I’m losing out on my rewards and coupons. I also NEVER receive my coupons in the mail!!! I called customer service.. they are ZERO HELP!!!!
I called customer service somehow he can’t find the “email address “ to where my receipts are going.. telling me to verify the information but won’t tell me what information to verify!

I just came to this location to return some lotions, i didnt know about the new policy about products being 50% or to be eligible for returns. Some of my lotions were way more than 50% and the cashier said they werent and only exchanged one. Proceeds with my transaction but takes away the lotion i picked out that i wanted to return. She didnt ask if id like to purchase them because i did. She finishes the transaction and scoots all my lotion to the middle of the counter and puts the receipt on top…. Such disrespect to a customer thats been loyal to this company for more than 10years. I hope they get better staff
