Now that the BIG move is finally over I can voice my opinion about this business. My wife and I have been storing our “Home” with this company for over six years now, which would equal about $22,000 dollars in all that time. When it came time to move out of unit 82, we were only able to secure a new home move in date for the first weekend in February. After being a loyal customer, (there were two 3 year stints) and always paying on time, I made a request. I thought it only logical that I would ask if they would prorate the month of February, I would be in there only for 9 days. I was told that it’s not their policy to prorate upon exiting.
So my recommendation for others requiring their services, seek storage elsewhere, there are plenty of new storage facilities in the area, newer, and with possibly different POLICIES, good luck, and buyer beware, all the bes!!

I have been a customer at Blacklock Storage for a few years. This is a great storage facility. Kaitlin keeps the place clean and well maintained. She has rules to follow but does a good job working with you as a customer. If you need a short rental or long term this is the go to storage facility. Highly recommend.

I work for a moving company. My team was performing a service for a client at this location that required me to pay a visit to check on the job site. During my visit, I was able to talk to the young woman who was working in the office. During the time my team and I were there, she was very helpful and gave perfect customer service as we ran into a few variables on the job. I did not catch her name, but she deserves to be recognized.

Very friendly and answered all of questions about storage and insurance on our property that would be kept here. This was our 3rd visit of the day to a local climate controlled self storage facility and we knew about 5 min that this was the one we liked. The desk guy even lives on site for security reasons and keeps place very clean and organized. Overall it is exactly what id expect a well ran climate controlled self storage facility to be like and they even beat all other prices and offered a price match if not.
