I had an excellent experience at BrakeCheck in Tomball, thanks to Jayden and Fred. They were incredibly helpful in diagnosing and explaining the alignment issues I was having with my truck.
Jayden was personable and professional, making me feel at ease throughout the process. Fred was a fantastic communicator, clearly outlining what needed to be done and why. Both of them treated me like family, which made the whole experience even better.
Their level of service was top-notch, and I truly appreciate the time they took to make sure I understood everything. Keep up the great work, BrakeCheck team! I'll definitely be coming back for future service.

I scheduled my appointment online. Jose professionally addressed my concerns. My brakes were inspected and the repairs required was handled promptly. The front and back brakes were replaced within a hour 1/2.

I originally went in for vibration when i would brake, i was told that it wasn't the back brakes and it was the front brakes. They replaced the front brakes and rotors, this only made the vibration worse. Today i took my truck back in, the new manager ( Jayden) along with Scott and Alfred replaced the back rotors and everything is great now. They did a great job of explaining the issues and provided Great customer service. Thank you guys

Great overall experience, went in there for a break job. Unfortunately the store was having technical issues with their computers which resulted in a delayed ready time, but the team managed to help me out due to the inconvenience and gave me a fair discount due to the issue. Safe to say this place takes care of their customers. Great work

My daughter initially went to Brake Check in Tomball. As she drove up, Patrick and two other employees were sitting down in the work area, doing absolutely nothing. From the time she walked into the facility, she was greeted with rudeness from Patrick, who later stated he was the "manager". When she told him she needed a brake inspection, the "manager" Patrick rolled his eyes and and continued with an attitude. A short time after the inspection began, the younger Hispanic employee came in and spoke to Patrick quietly about her car. When my daughter asked if there was a problem, he replied rudely "he'll explain to you" and walks out. My daughter discussed the issue with Patrick (which turned out not to be an issue) who again, was still rude to her. At that point my daughter was feeling extremely uncomfortable and told Patrick she wanted to leave. Yet again with rudeness, he told the other two to bring her car around. At no point during this interaction did Patrick attempt to rectify the issue. This is a great example of poor customer service. I returned to Brake Check with my daughter to see if the issue could be rectified and my daughter's car be serviced. I too was greeted with Patrick's rude, inappropriate and unprofessional attitude. Instead of him trying to offer good customer service and rectify the issue, he was extremely combative. Never tried to fix the issue. At one point as we're talking to him, he literally walks away and went to help someone else without one word to us that he needed to handle another issue. Again, poor management skills and horrible customer service. After reading the reviews, I see that there have been issues with the staff and their work product. They are not professional, not accommodating, horrible customer service and flat out rude. She nor I will ever go back to this business nor will we ever refer anyone to go here.
To top this off, after my daughter left, without a complete inspection being done, my daughter still received an estimate for brake repairs. How can an estimate be provided if the inspection was not completed?!!!
Think twice before going to this facility and getting any work done. Read the reviews. The bad reviews overwhelmingly outweigh the good reviews.

Today I went to brake check to get a brake inspection and Patrick was extremely rude and did not want to assist me with an inspection. Patrick and his staff acted as if I was disturbing them.
When I asked Patrick for a business card and/or the name and contact information for his supervisor, he said he’s the supervisor and refused to provide the information.
My experience here was so disappointing and I will NEVER return or refer this place to anyone!! I should’ve read the reviews to avoid wasting my time!!

They have a costumer for life. Great service and attention. The job was done fast and at a reasonable price. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for car services such as break and oil change.

Went there for an oil change and front wheel alignment. Great customer service and even with other vehicles before me they were able to finish the job quickly. I will be coming back for regular oil changes

What is wrong with you people. Why the hell would you send my wife with a broken car to drive away when you did not fix the brakes. Saying is safety to drive. Letting her know that you guys can't fix her breaks.
A break company. She broke down in the middle of the highway.
