They are so nice and caring! My son loves them and is excited to go every day. The rare times there is an issue they let me know immediately and keep me updated! I would recommend this center to everyone!

My 2 year old daughter started Bright Star at 3 months old. I was very nervous handing over my very helpless child. Not to mention making the decision to put her in a daycare facility came at a very difficult time in my life. Marry the owner made me feel at ease and gave my daughter love and attention. Add because she is like this will her kiddos her teachers also give them same love and care. One thing that stands this place out as different from a franchise like Kids R Kids, is that this seems to be family operated business. Nae Nae Mary's sister is very organized and top of all the important things that matter with business and also a very warm kind person. Dropping my children off at bright star is like dropping them off at home. Anyone who knows my girls knows that they DONT like anyone to hold them but at Bright Star they walk in confidently and happy.

I placed my son in this daycare at the beginning of the year and at the time he was only 3 years old....and since then he is truly thriving. He loves his teacher and he is always learning new things that he comes home and share adamantly. I get an update on his behavior everyday and he is always a happy camper when I pick him up. They take their time to understand my son and make sure he is always doing well...I really appreciate all the efforts they put into taking care of my child. Thank you guys so much for the patience and guidance you give my 4 year old son.

Brightstar is my favorite daycare of all time. I interviewed several daycares before choosing this one. They have amazing staff members along with many great in school programs and events. During the summer they offered karate and they did several activities. My little toddler comes home every day with a smile on her face. They provide her with 3 meals a day and snacks & with my thirsty little one they allow her to have drinks any time of the day; even when she was potty training they still let her have drinks and just upped there potty times ; they have been so accommodating to the point of when my toddler was going through a growth spur and she would get hungry on the 45 mins drive I had home; they would have a snack and drink ready for her when I picked her up so I didn’t even have to provide it and they didn’t charge me extra! It’s amazing. The owner and her staff are absolutely amazing. They answered every question I had; called me every time I was needed and MOST importantly they treat my baby the way I do & that’s hard to come by these days !
10/01 recommending this daycare to anyone who is a first time mom or even putting your kid in day care for the first time ; they make it so homie and great for the kiddos.
I know because my baby comes home happy daily !

I definitely was excited when I tried this place sometime last year but quickly realized the fair prices were likely for a reason & the lack of reviews should be a red flag. There was a few reasons why I took my child out of their care but the worst being one day I picked her up she said she hit her head & that same day the teacher opened the door at drop off didn’t say one word not bye or nothing to Savana no update for the day. Didn’t even tell me what happened, I purely had to try to understand my 3 year old & the situation from her perspective. Thank god she trusts me enough to express herself. My child was always always sick I’m talking more than ever in here life & there’s a daycare review website that shows safety concerns on their Sanitation routine. Somedays she would be okay & that’s because the sweet teachers were there but others she wouldn’t barely have a smile on her face after leaving. I trust my gut and pulled her. There’s no transparency as far as seeing what happens day to day other than a picture randomly on a day they choose, I paid for last years fall digital prints & never received them or a refund. The list goes on. Please me mindful and pay attention to how your child behaves when placed in the care of others it will tell you more than the teachers will always.

We love this place! My son is 2 and has been going here since he was 3 months- they are so good with him! He is super excited to go every morning. On top of his learning they are very kind with him. Anytime I have questions or concerns they are very prompt with answering questions or making sure that anything I have questions on is addressed. Definitely recommend!

Really great staff here! Our kids adore everyone and are loved on so well. They update us regularly on our little's day and even send photos! Highly recommend them to anyone needing childcare.
