“Hi Shout out to Noah and Christian. They are the best. I had the battery of my car die on me. I asked one of the Workers if they can help but he said they are not supposed to. I was there for almost 2 hours when my friend came . She was looking for where I was and happened to bump into Noah. Who came to the rescue and helped my friend to park close to me to jump start the car. But my jumper cables were to short. Then Noah asked Christian who came and gave me longer jumper cables to start my car. Can't thank them enough for their kindness and professionalism.”

This is hands down my favorite car wash! The vacuums are always working, and there are plenty of spots to park and use them—none of that frustration where there are only a few vacuums available and everyone is waiting. The layout is convenient and makes the whole experience smooth and stress-free.
I also want to give a special shout-out to Kylie, who took the time to properly signal and guide me into the car wash. I truly appreciate clear, correct guidance—it makes a big difference and shows great customer service. Consistently a great experience every time I come here. Highly recommend!”
“I would give 5 but my car didn’t have a wax coating like it supposedly was supposed to. Very crowded and great vacuums. Windex, leather conditioner and towels free to use.”
“I went on 6/7/2024 to get my vehicle inspected. The inspection was done in a timely manner. Dylan was very respectful, friendly, and professional. I didn’t realize that I had dropped my wallet. They actually dropped it off at my house. Wonderful guys. I highly recommend them.”

“I 100% recommend saddle brook for both fantastic detailing but problem solving . I had an insurance adjuster mark hail damage using an oil based paint pen on my Truck that was cooked on. After 4 months, 3 fails
At detailing shops and hundreds of dollars wasted, I took it to Saddle brook on Kuykendahl. Their team had an extensive technical knowledge on the proper chemicals and application necessary to handle this rare situation as well as the experience. There should be 6 stars for this type of service.”
“Their team did a fantastic job! I paid a very fair price for an interior detail. I have two kids under 5 and the mess got past the point I could have cleaned myself. I wish I took before pictures but hopefully hearing I have two small children can give you a mental picture.They were able to get out the stains and spilled shake from the carpet and bench seat. I was very impressed and highly recommend!”

“I had went through a lot of bugs and they had been on there for over 24 hours. The detergent and brushes did a great job getting them off. I would recommend them for a pretty good do it yourself car wash.”

“Came to the Tomball location and Jorge was so attentive. I had my two children and he treated them with air fresheners. Really good location with quality products and great service.”
