Beware of this bank!! This bank has knowledge of this and does not warn it's customers. When you go through the drive thru robbers watch you with binoculars get a withdrawal and follow you from the bank and Robb you when it is convenient for them. This has happened several times that I know of and this bank is hush hush about it. BEWARE

Recently I had a Trust created and needed help to add it as a beneficiary to my accounts. I tried both the 800 customer service number and my local branch in Spring, both of which were not helpful. I happened to be in Tomball and scheduled an appointment with John L. Gorman, II, a relationship Banker. I cannot tell you how pleased I am. He knew exactly what needed to be done, was able to assist me quickly, and also helped to show other products that could be of benefit to me. He is a God send. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and quick to help me in what seemed to be a lost cause. I would highly recommend John to any who have banking questions that no one else can answer. I am so glad to have found him. I'm definitely keeping his card.

I've been with Chase Bank a long time and will be changing to another company. I have tried a few times as a walk-in to open accounts and was told you have to make an appointment online first. The app is not reliable to schedule, but when i was able to get on, every location makes you schedule a week out. So you have people sitting at a desk as a greeter, but you don't have people to open accounts on a daily basis.

Had to add cash fund to my recently opened account Shannon was very pleasant and helpful, some of the questions I asked she did not know so she got me to a rep in the front who answered the questions. She also opened my savings account added my beneficiaries. I was in and out in 30-35 minutes.

I do not have an account at this bank, but I was written a check by my mortgage holder you does, and they would not cash it because she had made a mistake on it, and initialed it where she made the mistake. My issue wasn't that they would not cash it, I understand that, but my issue was how he treated me. I had called their customer and she wanted to talk with him and he wouldn't even explain the situation to her on the phone!! He could have easily verified that she was the account holder, but he was very rude and dismissive. I have lately been considering opening an account with Chase, and switching over from Wells Fargo, no way will I ever do that now.

I was just in this location to deposit some cash into my account. I was in town visiting family and wasn't able to do it while I was home over the weekend. Karina helped me today. I'm not sure if she was new but she was asking another employee how to do a cash deposit. At the locations I go to in my home town, they always count the money twice. She only counted my money once, dropped my cash on the ground, and miscounted the money that didn't go through the counter. I'm incredibly disappointed in the way they handled my money. I don't recommend this location at all and will not be using Chase in Texas anymore. I'll stick with Frost they care about my money and business more.

So I have my business with them sadly.At least once a month they are putting a hold on one check or another. then you have to call in talk to their business department get over to the fraud department and get over to the department that stops the hold on checks! For a lame excuse for them to go Eenie Meenie Miny Moe I'm gonna hold this one this month.I went in today to up grade my daughters checking account from a child to a highschooler so she can get direct deposits to bankers allegedly working but they don't allow walk-ins anymore even for me to wait a little bit to get what I need to done when I have the spare time!They have a greeter there but evidently not enough bankersSo if you're looking for a bank for business don't do it here if you're looking for a bank for personal don't do it here

No stars would be best. The manager has a real attitude. If you need help do not go to this bank. We have taken documents to them from out lawyer notarized - she refused to help. Her copies were missing pages - so she jump on my husband we did not have it correct- well she actually had messed up copies herself. She denied to allow my proof MIL to come in she is in a wheelchair having to use a cather. All I can say she must really be lacking in her life to be as rude and deny service.

Worst location in houston. Period!! I travel all over the city and live here. I never have any problems except this location
