My experience at this branch started off on the wrong foot. Not only did they not open on time and have everyone in the heat waiting. We were not able to do a walk in appointment to get a form notarized (which is understandable) but the manager tried to tell me that they do not do not do the notary.. “Most of our customers go across the street” is what we were told instead. Punctuality matters.. and lying may not be the best practice for your branch… thanks for the help

It’s very convenient to have near where I live! I work as a server and get my tips in cash at the end of every night, and I just run by the atm before I get home to deposit everything. Usually everything runs smoothly, only been one or two times where one the atms are down for whatever reason. I’ve never had a real problem with this place overall. The bank is works as a bank.

If I could give this bank a zero I would. We needed a notary and the customer service man said she was leaving at 3:30 and she did not have time for us . It was 3:15. The customer service man is also a notary and he said he was busy greeting customers so he could not do it! Very poor service!!!

RUDE COSTUMER SERVICE from CONRAD TORRIANI, I had an appointment set up and he called me like an hour before and express that it was already time, I expressed it was not time yet and he replied be telling me that he was in Houston and a week before the time had change, that it was already 12 and I was not there, he starting to raise his voice and I answered back saying I was in Houston too, I was even with a friend and she confirmed the time for me which was 10:58, BAD COSTUMER SERVICE. And to be honest it is not the first time that in this branch they treated me and my husband in bad mood. We have been always banking with CHASE and this branch is the first one that had a BAD COSTUMER SERVICE

The extremely low star ratings for this branch don’t lie. Terrible customer service! Just plain lazy. They won’t go out of their way to help you. Don’t even bother, look for another Chase branch elsewhere or maybe find another bank!

I have visited MULTIPLE Chase locations between Michigan and Texas. Conrad provides top notch professional customer service each and every time I visit this branch. I drive from the other side of town just to only do business at this location. Highly recommend. Take your business where your money is valued and appreciated.

Horrible customer service, wait times are ridiculous, about an hr or more. The associate there is very disrespectful and will waste your time. Drive a little bit further and avoid this branch

Be sure to double check your receipts I’ve been making cash deposits and cash payments on a credit card and I just noticed the other day they shorted my cash credit card payment of $100. I’m waiting on a phone call back
