I got one of the most beautiful gel manicures I’ve ever had for an incredible price here ($30). I brought in a photo of what I wanted and the owner matched the polish perfectly. My nail tech was lovely and did a wonderful job. Clean and quiet environment which I appreciate.

poor shaping, flooded cuticles, zero apex on nails. i just don’t understand why nail techs don’t take the time to perfect the art if its their literal livelihood.
it’s so frustrating paying money that i worked for for subpar services.
to the nail techs: when you flood the cuticles, it makes the nails lift prematurely. it looks like garbage. when you rush through your work, it looks like garbage.
customer retention is not achieved by rushing through your work.

Great and quick work , tech Man knew exactly how to design my nails to my liking. Good supplies and little to moderately pricey. $45 for acrylic refill $15 for white nail design $5 for other nails $25 length fee Also was recommended a pedicure by someone else but didn't have time , excited to try next !

The first few times I went there it was good but when they are rushed, they rush you and the services you pay for and you get subpar quality for over prices charges. I have air bubbles in my nails, polish on my skin and a poor attempt at a French tip polish and they over charged me. This will be my last time here.

Where to begin. I came as a walk-in & was greeted immediately. I asked for a moment, since their prices are on the wall, I figured I'd get an idea of what I'm getting myself into (I did the math & felt comfortable spending $80 + tip). Once I sat in the chair to get my toes done, I was under the impression I'd be getting my hands done too, since they'd set the cart up next to me & everything. I was wrong. My feet took about an hour, and the woman who attended me was speeding through the good stuff (the massage, the toe nail cut down/trim) I said something about it, but they just laughed. Once they were ready to do my nails, the lady that runs around asked me what I wanted. I told her, based on the price I'd already seen. She spoke in their native tongue & then Minh came over reiterating that the price for the service was set, I said ok & was getting ready to pay, when I asked up front about the pricing on the wall. Again, the lady at the desks ends up apologizing & again, here comes Minh stating he would be the one providing the service. *** I had to set the stage for the part that rubbed me the wrong way in the end*** so once Minh begins doing my nails, I asked him, does your work last? He said yes, I'm a professional. I then proceeded to ask him how much the designs he was doing would cost. & he ignored my question. Ultimately the services I wanted were a pedicure (turned out to be $40) & then the acrylic French tip for my hands, with rhinestones on my hands, (for which he charged me $70). We agreed on $45 for my nails, based on the wall prices, but he decided he wanted to charge $50, plus $5 for each mail he'd put rhinestones on. Crazy right? I know. (I ended up spending $110 + $10 tip= $120) They looked nice at first, but 2 days after leaving their shop, the rhinestones started coming off. Then another 2 days pass and my nails start breaking off. I don't know.. this experience has definitely been one for the books. Enter at your own judgement, I should've listened to mine.

I went to get dip on my nails and a pedicure. First, they asked which pedicure I wanted to get done and I told them and when I went to pay they charged me for the higher priced one. Then when I looked at my nails the dip was not smooth it was clumpy and didn’t last three days. I went back again to have them redone and it didn’t even last me a week and they started to break. You go to these places thinking that you are going to have your nails done nice and pay, because it’s not cheap, to only have a horrible job done. Horrible service I would not recommend. If I had a choice to put no stars I would. Now I see why it’s always empty.

Minh is an amazing nail tech! He's very gentle. This is the first time i've ever gotten my nails done where i didn't get cut or scraped by the file or drill. His technique is very efficient and fast but very thorough. Super nice and keeps up a good conversation. He can do trendy designs and simple chic looks. My nails look and feel amazing! Definitely coming back.
