First time doing Aerial Yoga and boy what a positive and awesome experience! It was both challenging & fun! Carla and Diana are motivational, caring, and provide guidance throughout the class. Everyone there helps one another, no judgement. Highly recommend!

This was so fun! Not only physically challenging but mind challenging to trust yourself!karla was our instructor super excited and encouraging!!I cannot wait to do it again!
