We had a wonderful experience here, kind and informative staff who knew exactly what to do and handled everything in a prompt and professional manner. I would recommend this location if you want good service. I think the other local locations need to take notes on customer service. This other 2 locations we went to were incompetent and spent the entire time trying to upsell us rather than just taking care of a customer. We will be back at this location from here on out.

Went in to the location to buy a new phone, demo phones were not charged, girl said charges were broke. Told her why would I buy a phone I couldn't see the features on, she seemed confused. Went to another location
