Doing a return yesterday at around 1pm, the lady at the counter had head phones in and never said a word very rude.

From the cashier to the manager, the employees are rude, And our Disrespectful. Would not give money back on a return with a receipt which the receipt states I paid $9 . . .For the batteries, but only would refund me a dollar and change Something about a senior citizen discount, but I am not Senior citizen and was unwilling to assist on fixing it

Slowest CVS on the planet. Getting refills inside or drive through, never less than 30 minutes.

This store has a 2 rating only because customers can't give it a zero. Always understaffed, poor customer service, usually long waits, out of meds more than they should be, I need a 3 month supply of syringes and the last 3 times I needed them they were out. That's 9 months. Currently waiting on a med for 3 days. Each day the app says it will arrive that day but it doesn't. Went in today and the sleepy you man said "we just got some meds in. It could be here". Did he go check? No. He said "you can wait around about 30 minutes maybe someone can check". Talked to the pharmacist this afternoon. No meds. She could care less. No idea when they would arrive. No apologies. Told her I was taking my business elsewhere and was reporting them to corporate. She said ok and hung up. Insurance in the past made me use CVS. No more. Goodbye CVS.

They do a good job filling and refilling our prescriptions. Sure there can be a wait, but when is there never a wait at places like this? As one stated before, they work very hard to get people in and out. Sometimes it doesn’t go as smoothly. Either way, this CVS does a good job for the foot traffic they deal with.

Why is the bathroom out of order?

The staff works really hard but they all take a 1 hour lunch break at the same time and that is usually when I need to make a pick up. Kroger does the same thing. Moving to HEB who always has someone on duty. Also after hanging around waiting on lunch time to be over I needed a restroom. I was told it was out of order. I guess people working there have to wait until they get home? Always out of order.

This is by far the worst pharmacy around. They are rude and condescending. If you call and ask for the pharmacist it rings and she picks up the phone and legit hangs up on you. Went in person, the pharmacist told us if we don't like it then go elsewhere. Never have been treated so poorly as a customer than at this CVS. Drive down the road further if you don't what to be treated like crap.

Employee’s do not look happy especially in the pharmacy area. The bathroom seems to be permanently “out of order” for customers but still operational for employees. You would think being almost in the heart of Tomball that that would be a health code violation. Nonetheless, it shows you what they think of their customers.

Today, I went to pick up my scripts and was greeted by sweet, kind professional young lady’s. There was no wait time. Since the change over in Pharmacists, things have changed for the better. The neatest thing I saw, was the creativity of this seasons information about vaccines. Magen, one of the pharmacies techs had created the neatest reminder to get your vaccines. When entering the store, there is a walk with each virus’s name, and syringes, decorated with bright colors directing your way to the pharmacy. There’s no way, you can miss this point of sale as a reminder to get your vaccines. For the elderly, it’s a reminder to ask questions on what each vaccine is for. (Example..What is RSV?, as a retired healthcare worker it definitely is a good conversation starter and each vaccine that is needed and due) If you haven’t seen it or had your vaccines go by the store and take a look! I believe, all CVS, should take a lesson from Magen and the Tomball CVS staff and have this design through out there pharmacies and stories. I have been a CVS customer for 40 years. Even before it became CVS. Good job Magen and staff! Keep up the good work to make CVS, 815 West Main Street, Tomball, Texas, to best it can be and more.
