Highly recommended -- special thanks to Dalton for integrity and personability in salesmanship ?
To the gentlemen who tried to sell me on the wiper blades, let me clarify: I know I need 'em and I do appreciate the offer to price match other auto accessory retailers, but more so than the money, it's really about personal responsibility for me;
No disrespect to y'all -- it's a rough time we live in economically, every person and every company fighting to survive -- but, once upon a time, back before the auto industry was all about getting people back to the dealership (cutting out mid-level services like yourself), consumers were encouraged to learn their own vehicles and do as much of their own maintenance as possible (or at least know how to troubleshoot).
So, when I look at basics like wiper blades, bulb replacement, and oil changes, if I'm not willing to put the time and effort into those things myself, then I have no business owning this vehicle.
That said, there are numerous Discount locations that would have been a shorter drive for me today, all providing the same service. Y'all won my business (specifically Dalton) because of honesty and not being pushy with the sales last time I was in the area; and, to me, that's worth more than the cost of service itself in terms of customer loyalty.

Horrible customer service, all they want to do is sale you tires. I go in for a tire rotation and the salesman ask me where I bought my tires. I replied they were on my truck when I bought them, he replied that they can’t rotate them because they are chopped too bad on the edge. My truck is a 4x4 dulley I guess he doesn’t understand that when rotating tires front to back the rear wears out the choppy ness of the front tires. Go to Mans tire right next door and no problem rotating them! Discount tire is a joke and I wouldn’t let them put tires on a bicycle!! Look at the picture this is the tire they wouldn’t rotate.

Cody, Matthew, and Dalton have great customer service skills and are personable. The crew in the back must be top class because I had two cars worked on and saw countless others get cranked out while I was there. Ill be using these guys in the future! Great work.

Great experience! Alex got us all checked in and kept us updated on our wait. Johnathan removed our trailer tire to check for leaks and discovered a faulty valve stem. He replaced it and because it was under warranty, no charge! Every young man working at this location is Professional, Courteous, and friendly. Discount Tire has a wonderful “Culture” of old fashioned Customer service. Love it!! ❤️

Someone want to tell me why you decided to upgrade my wife's stone stock CHR with over sized ZR rated tires?
So, after a long conversation with Cody . I must admit I was wrong and the staff there made the right decisions. I was not there and should have called before posting " my ignorance in public."

Ordered tires for our RV weeks in advance. When we got there no tires and they stripped one of the bolts. Not happy and won't be back!

I consistently visit Discount Tires for tire rotations and replacements. However, during my recent visit, they discovered that my alloy rims had incorrect lug nuts, posing a risk of the wheels falling off. They rectified the issue by providing the correct lug nuts at no charge, but claimed my rims were already damaged and documented it to avoid liability. Despite my numerous previous visits, this was never mentioned until now. Additionally, they lost one of my locking lug nuts and incorrectly blamed me for the situation. This experience has led me to lose trust in their service and I won't be returning. Their lack of accountability is concerning.

I had an appointment for 9:30 AM for a tire Balance and Rotation. Arrived on time checked and was given a 35 to 40 minute completion time. My truck was not completed until 10:55. Why make appointments if you can not honor them.
