The lady at the counter did not treat my husband very well. There was a misunderstanding over the time we needed to return the truck. It was a simple mistake. I was told we got a free extra day, well the day barely began and we returned the truck at 11:30 and they charged us for an entire day. We always use U-haul for our moves, but we will now take our business elsewhere. It is a shame to lose a good customer over a $60 charge.

They are very nice people and have the biggest cat, name Taffy, that I've ever seen in person. Reasonable prices. Loveable people.

There is no management at this place. The people sitting in there there are lazy , rude and will not do their job. They are costing this business a lot of money due to mismanagement and I suspect skimming since they have no clue as to what is really going on. Where are the owners....

I had looked around before selecting and the price was cheaper here for the size I needed. The customer service is great. Always a smile and hello. I reported an issue with my door and it was fixed. Glad I picked Excel in Tomball

The storage was ok, but we could never get anyone to answer the phone. You couldn't leave a message because the mail box was full. We had to drive there 2 different times to handle business that could have been taken care of with a phone call.

During the 3 floods in the area during 2016-2018, including hurricane Harvey, my storage vault didn't get one drop of water in it.

We have been in this storage for 4 yrs when we first moved in to storage front office lady showed us wich spot to park are rv in and over the last 3 months we were there they changed office management and now we are on a first come first serve spots so we never knew where we parked our trailer every time we left we came back to the storage we had to park it in a different space
