The manager was very nice. I explained to him my situation of traveling from Arkansas to Texas. He was able to get me back up and running within an hour and a half. He was really good explaining everything and telling me anything special that I needed to have replaced. The store was very clean and I really enjoyed the atmosphere. This is a great place to take your car and have it taken care of.

This guy's say they done a front end alignment and I put the car on the lift at the mechanic to see why it was the same just to find out they didn't even bother to adjust camber or toe. I took the car twice in a year there am thinking they don't know how to do alignments since they couldn't fix my negative camber both times and brake check just did and it drives amazingly big difference. So if you need alignment Firestone is not the place to go

I had an appointment for an oil change, tire replacement and tire rotation. I arrived and checked in immediately. My car was taken to the bay and work began promptly. I was in and out of the shop in just one hour. WOW. That is what I call service.

This is a great Firestone location that has helped me keep my Kia on the road with over 200,000 miles. Highly recommend and I'll keep coming back for the jobs I can't take care of in my driveway.

Matt and Tim are both extremely professional and honest when it comes to the work needed for your vehicle. My car is running better than ever. I'd highly recommend THIS location. Not all firestone are the same. I've had been to some two star locations, but Tomball Firestone is the BEST

Noticed a huge bolt in my tire and quickly searched for a tire shop since it was already 6pm. Firestone was closest to me, so I pulled in and they took care of it right away. I was out of there by 6:25pm. The thunderstorm didn’t stop their great and friendly service! My husband will definitely appreciate not needing to service this tomorrow :)

Had what I thought was a problem with a brake rotor but these guys determined nothing was amiss and I was good to go. Inspected all four wheels and total bill was $9. The words “honest mechanic” might normally be construed as being the ultimate oxymoron but in this case these gentlemen more than exceeded the standard. I will not hesitate to be back. ??

Went in for an oil change and they said I had one in front of me. Left and came back an hour and a half later and they never got to mine. Don't waste your time
