I’ve been using this GNC for very long time. I use a variety of vitamins from this store. The monthly amount or around each month may be a rent payment for some. Catherine use to be there as the manager and is wonderful. Jake is another person who works or worked there and is always helpful. I accumulate points each time I visit that turn into 5$ , 10$, and at times 20$ off my purchases . This GNC needs to get it together!!! Jake and Catherine always search my phone number and are able to find my points and how much of a coupon I have sitting on my account. Not long ago they started saying they had to look it up someplace else and transfer it to my account in order for me to get my benefits on my purchase with my discounts. It puzzled me but as long as they took care of that I didn’t mind a couple extra minutes for them to take care of it. Today I stopped in to pick up vitamins and the new person at the desk said quote “They don’t want us doing that anymore”… what does that mean? So you send coupons and emails consistently reminding me I have points to use but when I go into the store today I’m told when I told them to check my points and sometimes Catherine has to transfer the points the cashier says “ They don’t want us doing that anymore”. What sense does that make? Wrong answer! I spend hundreds at this location. To be so petty over the 5$ or 10$ I’m due off my total is rediculous and greedy of this GNC store. I get its independently owed but it’s still GNC and the customers still accumulate points and are due their credit of the coupons. If this happens to me 1 more time when I shop at this store it will be mi last. Check my stats you will see I have been a loyal member for a very long time. I will start ordering every one of my vitamins from Amazon Prime instead if I experience this again. What a fantastic way to lose a valuable long standing customer!

What a delight... Ms. Catherine their helped me on some hydration PMD bcaa which has some and then some Censor with fish oil, krill oil keeping g them leg cramps away same time fortifying my muscles and helping me stay lean. Give her a minute, she'll set you up with the right stuff.

This is the BEST GNC, no doubt! The manager, Autumn is the sweetest and most helpful person you will ever come across. I am currently down 70lbs & I owe a lot to her! Every time I go in there she greets me like a good friend and is constantly giving me new recommendations & even remembers my usuals. I will never go to another GNC! This is the place to be & Autumn is your girl!

Not sure who would write such an ugly review about this store manager who goes above and beyond for her customers. Customer’s who love and appreciate her. I’ve had a pleasant experience at this GNC every time I’ve been in to see Autumn. She’s always greeted me right away and with so much excitement! Autumn is very knowledgeable and super easy to talk to which makes me confident in the supplements I’m using. The customer service here is so endearing and this is why I will continue to go to this GNC.

If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible experience. Went in to get my usual supplements and the “manager” autumn was very disrespectful. At first she was in back and didn’t even greet me. Then after she decided to come out to the front she kept telling me my pre workout was trash and how I need to get some other pre workout. I told her repeatedly I wanted what I came in for, then she caught an attitude when she realized I wasn’t buying her pitch and even said “whatever your pre workout obviously isn’t working” and smirked. Ended up leaving empty handed and ordering offline. 0/10 customer experience.

Great staff! Nyssadel is very knowledgeable and provides great customer service. One of the few GNC locations that has a certified nutrition specialist. If she doesn’t have the answer she will go out of her way to find it! ?

It's a small store, but they carry a wide variety of vitamins and supplements. Their prices are reasonable. The shelves are well-organized. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. As soon as I walk in, someone is there to assist me. I never feel pressured into buying something I don't want. I will definitely keep shopping here!

The store manager is exceptional! She is very knowledgeable of GNC products. I have never had such a great experience. Ashton is defenetly a exame of what a store manager should be.
