Went to drop off a bag with clothes. Nicest lady, she took the bags from my hands before I came in and helped me alot. I never had to get close to the door. Best customer service . I read the old post but they are old. This lady was super nice.

I was dropping off clothes when I saw the woman working, pushing a cart towards the front door where I was. We made eye contact for about three seconds until she yelled “Put it there!” I simple replied “Okayy…is something wrong?” She angrily said “It’s not in a bag!” I immediately walked away. She never said thank you or even greeted me. This is the second time we’ve had bad service at this location. If I could give zero stars I would. Try some gratitude.
