They rejected customer with nonsense reason saying he is smelling stinky .I was sitting and felt bad for the customer.
Worst service and worst store . Rude behavior towards the customers.
Please don't visit the store.

Hannah was so quick and did an amazing job very similar to the picture I showed her. We will definitely come back to this location to see her!

Ashley is the reason I keep bringing my boys here for haircuts, as well as myself. She's gentle, kind, and obviously always does her very best. She's also been the only consistent stylist at this location for years.
Great Clips should take serious note of this stylist. If you read these reviews, Ashley's single handedly held the line of 5 star Google reviews over nearly a decade.
Keeping a store in business and saving its reputation deserves some recognition.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this salon and would strongly advise others to avoid it. My appointment was with a hairdresser named Misty, who was not only rude and sarcastic but seemed eager to leave even though the salon was still open for another hour. She made it clear through her behavior that she wasn’t interested in doing her job.
When I voiced my concerns, Misty argued back and even made a highly inappropriate comment, saying, “all men are like this—they don’t listen.” This kind of unprofessional and disrespectful attitude was shocking. Worse, there was no manager on-site to report this unacceptable behavior. Instead, the other hairdressers started to gang up, further escalating the situation and making me feel completely unwelcome.
This was by far the worst experience I’ve had at any salon. I will never go back and I highly recommend avoiding this place if you expect to be treated with basic respect and professionalism.

My husband took my son in, asked for a little trim off the top. His hair was 4 inches, left with maybe 2 inches. The neckline was wobbly and about an inch and a half higher than his hairline. Husband paid and tipped $5, no idea why. When they came home my kid was in tears from the botched haircut. Called to complain, they said I had to go in for a refund. Husband went back but was only partially refunded.
