Ran in for a quick wash and blowout, Brooklyn was professional did the job quickly. She also provided helpful guidance for product to help tame frizzy hair in the humid Houston climate. Highly recommend her!

Had another great experience this past time that me and my son went to get a haircut at this location. This time I had Lupita cut my hair and Annette cut my son's hair and they both did an amazing job! They were also both super friendly! Great people, great haircut, great experience!

I came in this morning for a DUSTING and the stylist took it upon herself to layer my hair, thinning my already this hair without even asking me, AND left all the split ends still on my head. She did a dry cut like requested and still couldn’t get the ends. Quite terrible I have never, ever had a stylist want to thin my thin hair. Left me covered in hair. I did not get her name but she was an Asian lady running the register. My check out time was 11:05am. I will be calling to complain because something needs to be done. I can’t run a hairbrush through my hair while wet and that is not okay. It is never okay to do something not asked for. You may suggest but ultimately you do as the client asks, which in my case was the bare minimum. If you are uncomfortable with the cut I could’ve waited for a stylist that could do it. All I wanted was a dusting and I paid for a botched cut.

If I could give zero I would! Dell Cut my child ear and shaved off half of his eye brow, she blamed me for not holding his head properly! Then she put a product on my bill which I didn't ask for, when i told her i didnt ask for it, she said "well you didnt tell me you dont want it" she was extremely rude from beginning. Wow! I am outraged!!!

There is no way the women that did my hair has an actual cosmetology license! Her technique was awful, she chopped off a huge chunk of my hair AFTER I told her it was too much! Her station was filthy. There was hair all underneath her tools which I didn't notice until after she had already started to cut my hair. I don't usually go to places like this but I figured how bad can they mess up a trim?! Lesson learned. Do not go to this place.
