I love the staff, they make you the priority. I can’t praise them enough for all their efforts going above and beyond. If there was ever a course on pharmacy etiquette and professionalism HEB pharmacy should teach it!!!!!! I am moving soon and where I am going sadly they won’t have one. I find it interesting that today while it's 100 degrees outside and I have seen previously numerous people with their dogs not service dogs in grocery carts while they shopped. I only went in for three items and I was asked twice to put my dog back in the car, while it's 100 degrees. I left the basket in the isle I was looking for my last item and put my dog back in my truck, make matters worse the plastic grocery bag broke and thefruit I purchased was falling out. I went to Walmart where I asked for help finding my last item as of course HEB did not have it. The Market street HEB is so much better than this location only go here if really short on time as it's closest to me.

This HEB Pharmacy is the worst of the WORST. They tell you your insurance does not cover a medicine when in fact it does. If you want to get a vaccine, they will make you wait more than 1 hour while they are looking busy and getting pleasure from making people miserable. HEB is a good store, but they should be ashamed of this pharmacy.

While I’ve never gotten the wrong medication, not my favorite pharmacy. Heb, Magnolia has the best service. This one is OK but definitely not as friendly.

Very disappointed with the service we have received here. Every time we pick up an RX, we are skipped over and have to wait an absurd amount of time. Venessa was extremely rude, had the worst attitude, and would cut me off while I was talking. Will not be returning.

Rude pharmacist tech and not helpful. Wby is customer service so rare these days? It doesn't cost anyone to be kind and helpful. This is the H‑E‑B on Main St. You are a pharmacy that deals with sick people and some that are very sick. Being kind and sympathetic should be top priority instead of being a smartelic and rude.

This locations sushi is subpar compared to the other HEBs in the area, specifically the spring rolls. They are smaller with very little lettuce and a sliver of crab stick. All the other locations are more fruitful, with nice lettuce and a full crab stick. Also, the Creekside locations spring rolls fall apart as you eat them, hence the reason to have more lettuce. This falls on management not following up with quality checks.

Our family has been using the Creekside HEB Pharmacy for over 4 years now with routine monthly refills and have had nothing but good experiences. Even when we show up with little notice on a new Rx, they’ve been kind enough to fill while we shop. Processing pickups is quick too.
