I always have a great experience at this James Avery location. The staff is always professional, efficient, and kind. They always help when it's needed, and I’ve never once felt rushed by staff. Though I do try to show up before closing time, because, you know… that’s just common courtesy.
Working retail isn’t easy, especially when people have what seems to be a habit of going places last minute. Just a friendly reminder to double-check store hours before assuming the world revolves around your schedule. 😊
Anyway, I’ll definitely keep coming back. Great service, beautiful products, and staff who handle even the most challenging customers with grace.

Pay attention to the time they close because they will sit there and look at you like you’re stupid and not tell you they are closed. That’s so rude. The older lady that works there has always rushed me and my family, and honestly it’s bad look on James Avery. She’s rude, rushes people and is not professional. I’ll never go back there because of the same lady that has been anal about everything.
To James Avery, have your workers tell the customers that they are closed 5 minutes before. Very rude to stare and have an attitude saying “ya we are closed” like you didn’t say anything, how was I suppose to know. It’s Sunday the only day they close at 6 instead of 8pm. So unnecessary to act with such nasty behavior. Very disappointed.

I ordered a ring online. Went the store to pickit up. The associate was very kind and courteous. She polished the ring and put it in a nice gift bag.

Stopped in to surprise my mother with her first charm bracelet for Mother’s Day and had such a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Special thank you to Michelle for being so kind and attentive. She helped my mom set up her bracelet and made an already special day even more memorable!

Tina is AMAZING, she was a big help. I purchased on Sunday March 9th she helped me with picking out the LATIN crosses for my Triplets 21st Birthday. I also purchased another charm for myself and she answered all my questions. :) Super Job, well done Tina!

UPDATE 03/04/24: After posting this review, someone did reach out to me. Just picked up my bracelet today and it was repaired and back to looking new. I am happy with the solution by the manager, however this should have not had to come to this.
My husband bought me a charm from here as a Christmas gift. The charm broke less than two months later. It is a glass charm but we were told that James Avery glass charms are pretty indestructible, that is incorrect. Went in today to see about repairs and was told all they would do for me is 50%off another glass charm. Horrible customer service and horrible products that are not worth the $88. Hate to say this but I have only ever bought James Avery and now I will no longer be going back. This is how they treat customers I will take my business elsewhere.
