They were very busy, but still inspected my vehicle in a timely manner. Braxton was a very nice gentleman. He told me his recommendations for my car, but wasn’t pushy about it, if you know what I mean? I saw him do with others and was making some good sales. I would recommend this place for inspections, as that is what I went in there for.

Thank you for having an inspector available! I drove around asking at several places in Tomball and Jiffy Lube didn't let me down. The staff was very professional and kind. And they didn't make me wait forever. Thanks Devin and Kyle!

Called to see how long an inspection sticker would take. The guy that answered told me that if I got there soon I would more than likely be next they had about 10 minutes left on the client.
Once I arrive, I was greeted promptly and the gentleman took my car and within 10 minutes I was ready to pay.
Definitely the fastest and very friendly team.

This place is not my normal Jiffy Lube. Took out my truck to get inspected and they claim I failed inspection due to window tint!! May I say I have been driving my truck since 2017 and never failed and inspection due to window tint! Do Not Bring Your Vehicle Here!!

Went today I have been going here 20 years they did not check fluids tried to sell me other items and did not vacume did not fill wiper fluid did not clean windows did not put sticker for mileage. Very very disappointed in service. Complained short handed and took people behind me and they left before me. I'm going to get it done elsewhere I take my whole family cars there not any More...

No a good experience this go round They had taken my things out of my glovebox to check the air filter. They had my glovebox contents all over my seat and floorboard. It was not neatly placed, just scattered and did not even put my things back where they found them. I had to pick up things and reorganize before putting them back. Very unacceptable. Also had oil changed there before but apparently they had lost all information on my vehicle in their computer. Could not tell me what oil I had put in car in the past and had no history of my vehicle. Second thoughts about going back

After waiting an hour for an oil change I was told that they ran out of oil. Now this was on a Thursday early afternoon and they were not busy so how they run out I have no idea! The man I spoke with was very polite and they found oil but were also out of BOTH air filters . Needless to say I will not be a return customer.

I had an oil change today, no appointment and they took my car in immediately and changed the oil and all their inspections and was out within 45 minutes.
