Walked in and was greeted with smiling faces of the employees and owners. Very clean business. There was no waiting and their service was great from the time I arrived and the time I walked out the door. Kelly the owners daughter did my nails and did exactly what I wanted from getting a Fill to the color and design. I also got a pedicure and that was amazing as well. Thanks everyone at JV nails. 👍🏽😊

From my mom to my daughters, we all love coming to JV Nails for our girls' day pedis and now they ha e brand new spa chairs with all the bells and whistles including a cordless phone charger!!!

I have been coming here for at least ten years. Friendliest service I have ever received with any company. People constantly ask me where I got my nails done. They have a variety of drinks offered, and they do not hurry you out the door with their services. I recommend you all go there today!
Cleanliness: I have NEVER had any negative effects from their manicures or pedicures. I cannot say that for other salons. They seem to take great pride in their sanitation!

I was coming here for a pedicure for about three years and I always get the Classic which went from $23.00 to $28.00 over the years. I always tip the Technicians. Yesterday, I went in after work and was expecting the same treatment the Technicians which I had not seen before gave me the price list and I told her that I was getting the Classic and, she asked did I want shellac and I said no. Then she asked did I want a manicure and, as always I stated that I don't get manicures. When she got through I sat there for a minute to let my nails dry and, this lady that is always there when I get my pedicure was talking to her in their language and when I got up to the pay station the man that is always there when I pay said $57.00 and, I said what and he said you got parrifn and I said no I got the Classic and the woman that's always.walking back and forth through the salon shouted " she got parrifn I heard her," I was just too through. He stated to me she said you got it and I said I told her Classic and he tried to make me feee l uneasy and I stood by what
I had told her and he charged me and I left feeling like they were trying to play a switch a roo game on me and the way that lady lied I'm not going back. I don't feel safe here anymore.It was a very scary situation . Very unprofessional for them to stage that scene.

This salon is the best on this side of town! I been searching for a reasonable priced place to call home again after moving from katy. You must see for yourself, great small family oriented friendly staff. I had the pleasure today to meet "David" one of the nail technicians (ask for him). He took very good care of me and the design I wanted to create for halloween. He did this free-handed and with ease. I recommend him for any of your nail needs! With in about 7 hours my big toe started hurting. Today, its a cherry tomato. Giant infection. Lady was rough. My heels are not smooth. Luckily i have a doctors appt Monday morning because I'm throbbing now.

I started coming here around 2014. The staff turnover is insane. Every time I find a tech I like, they leave. I miss Hannah, Taylor, Rose, Nancy and Steven. There’s like three others that are no longer there that I wish I remembered their names but … well that should say a lot. The owner’s daughter has done my nails the last several times and she is a sweetheart but the shop is due for polish refresh and the owner chastised me last time I was there because I asked the tech to change something and that set him off. I average 20-26 visits a year with the full pedicure treatment and nails and will not go back after the last experience. My husband overheard the owner speaking crazy to me while I was talking to him on Bluetooth and he suggested I not give them any more of my money. It’s really tilting for me to write this because I have supported this shop for a long time and I do truly appreciate loyalty for small businesses but I refuse to be reprimanded by any owner for expressing something I don’t like. It took her less than 10 minutes to “fix” my issue so his unprofessional behavior was truly unnecessary. There are many updated shops in the area with seasoned nail techs. I have been to near every one within a 10-15 mile radius of here so I urge you to consider where you frequent because we all work hard to enjoy these luxuries but we all can choose who we choose to do business with too. I had over 75 pictures on Yelp from this nail spa and have since removed all of them because I will not recommend them after this last episode. As a Yelp Elite reviewer I was consistently one of their most frequent customers. What a disappointment.
